These guys were great and I would never use anyone else. They had by far the best price and their service was incredible. You would be crazy to go with anyone else. Had ten estimates and they won on price and service.

They were very responsive, came within 45 minutes and did a great job.

Used Accurate for an emergency call on a Saturday evening. While I would normally wait for Monday and the much cheaper rates, the polar vortex was hitting Monday evening and I needed to ensure head before the sub-zero temperatures hit. They helped diagnosis the problem over the phone and felt comfortable that the issue could be resolved that night with no parts needed. Nice family run business!

I told them I thought I needed a replacement unit, and they diagnosed it as a minor problem, patched it up, and all was good with the world.

Furnace wasn't working. Technician came, diagnosed problem, and unclogged the gas line in the furnace. This is the second time I've called Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning to fix (different, unrelated) furnace problems, and each time they've done a fantastic job.

Easy as could be. I called in the morning and they came to our house the next day. They were on time and took less than an hour to make the repair. I had mentioned that I thought it was the thermo-couple on the phone, when they arrived they confirmed my suspicion and replaced the part. Furnace back up and running in no time.

Brandon was fantastic and very professional. He explained everything he was doing. The pricing for the repair was fair. Very prompt service. I called and within 2 hours Brandon was at my house. He managed to squeeze me in with his tight schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone with heating or cooling issues.

From the moment Mary Beth returned my call, I knew that I had called the right business. ..She tried to walk me through a probable cause that might not even need a service call;,but that was not to be the solution. It was such a hot day and I know every HVAC company was swamped but Mary put my family on priority list due to my child that is pretty much homebound and is disabled .She told me to keep the fan on even though the ac wasn't working..Brandon showed up that afternoon and carefully checked everything out.... found the problem and fixed it all within an hour.It is so nice to know that there is still honest , hard working,kind and caring people and that is what makes great companies!!.Hats off to Accurate and many thanks to Mary Beth and Brandon. I will call on them forall my HAVAC issues in the future. t

I like the price, and they let you know of everything that is wrong, or if there is anything wrong. I didn't have a carbon monoxide detector, so I notified the apartment on Accurate Heating's recommendation and got one. They were very good and explained everything to me and were not expensive. It cost me less than $100.

I called first thing in the morning because my furnace had stopped working during the night. I left a message and received a call-back 2 1/2 hours later. I gave Mary Beth my address and she said the technician would call when he was on his way. About 2 hours later Brandon called and arrived soon after. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad belt. He left to retrieve the correct belt as he didn't have it on his truck. He returned with the part that he needed and had the furnace running soon thereafter. Brandon even adjusted some rubber shims on the blower to prevent vibration. I am very happy to have the furnace working before the big snow they are calling for tonight.

Very happy with the service provided. Tech cleaned and tested furnace, also suggested some other possibilities for the problem we had (noisy) which made sense and eased my mind. Good to know our furnace is not going bad and he didn't come close to try and sell us a new one (happened with another company 2 years ago)

I called the company, rather late, but asked if they could come and clean two furnaces, replace filters,etc.. They were so accomodating in returning phone calls, fitting me into their already existing schedule and coming when they said that they would. I would definitely use them again. Thanks for being professional and affordable.

Agent arrived and looked into a problem with a furnace in an apartment building. It was not functioning correctly and the tenant had no heat. Service agent performed some tests and could not figure out the issue. Service agent reset the power to the furnace and the furnace temporarily worked, but failed again the next day, twice . As he was working, the tenant and I were there. The agent, (I think his name was Brandon), said that he did not like these kind of calls as he was concerned that if he was unable to figure out the issue, the furnace would fail again and we would have to place another call, possibly late at night and did not want us to have to go through that. He was very professional. A week later, I get a bill for $84.50 with a description "SERVICE TO FURNACE AND FIND UNIT IN WORKING CONDITION AND CHECKED OPERATION". This was obviously not true or the agent would not have said what he did and it was not working when he got there and he would not have stayed to perform so many tests. The agent told us if it happens again, to reset the electricity to the unit and it would work again. He did not know why it was failing. The furnace failed to operate 2 more times. After the 2nd time, the thermostat was replaced at a cost of about $20.00. After a month of time, the furnace has been working correctly after the thermostat replacement. I called the company several days ago and asked to discuss the bill. I told the owner that I understood travel costs and expenses, but felt that since the solution was not found, that I did not think $84.50 was fair and asked for a discount, maybe a $50 bill. He became angry and rude and stated nothing was wrong with the furnace. I tried to explain that this was not the case, there were 2 witnesses, and the service agent said otherwise. I asked him to talk to the service agent and get back to me. He refused and continued to argue a bit more. After a few minutes he said to send payment for $60, and that I should look to find another company from now on. I have sent payment for $60. After having this company do work several times for me and I also paid $2100 for a new air conditioning unit and gave them so much business, I felt this treatment was unprofessional and I no longer recommend this company to anyone. Update: As per the technician's own words: "THE ONLY WAY TO DIAGNOSE AN ISSUE IS TO RESET IT, WATCH IT CYCLE, AND SEE WHERE IN THE CYCLE IT FAILS. HIS NEVER FAILED". The unit was not working when he arrived, or there would not be a reason to reset it? Obviously it was not working. I was informed if it did it again to turn off the power and turn it on again to "Recycle" the power. If a customer has to do this, then something is obviously wrong. Why would I call someone to come out again to possibly be charged an excessive amount and even more for an "after- hours" call to only be told again to "recycle" the power and then be charged more than $85 after-hours? This is why I didnt call again. And is why I asked to not be charged so much for an issue that was not solved but, obviously an issue or a "Recycle" would not be needed. People need heat in the winter late at night and I cannot afford to have people freezing while waiting for a tech to come out time and again to try and resolve something that obviously was an issue. Replying to: "AS FAR AS MY REFERENCE TO NOT LIKING THOSE CALLS, BASICALLY JUST SAYING YOU CAN'T FIX WHAT ISN'T BROKE." Or, in otherwords, he did not like to have to come out in the cold again and not find the issue to only "Recycle" the unit manually. If it failed again the next day, obviously it is broke. I also don't care how old the unit is. Most of the majority of the internal working parts were fairly recently replaced. TO THIS DAY THIS "OLDER" UNIT IS NOW PERFORMING CORRECTLY AFTER REPLACING A $20 THERMOSTAT! Reply to: "The service tech did make a trip, waited 20 minutes past the time scheduled for the owner to arrive on the call". Again, incorrect and a flat out lie. Reply to: "Although the customer is always right, at times it can be difficult to accept blame when you feel you have gone above the call of duty." How did this company go ABOVE the call of duty????? They came out, looked at the unit and wanted to charge me $85 with no results! Reply to: "I apologize if my comments came across in a rude or disrespectful manner which was not my intention." Your extremely loud comment 's sir, were overheard by another person in the vehicle with me who mentioned first how rude you were and that you were not even willing to listen to me describe the situation before you started raising your voice. Preposterous.

I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. The technician was professional and knew what he was doing. He kept me informed about his progress and answered questions I had about the furnace and the repair. There was no attempt to sell unnecessary services or parts. I feel that the price was very reasonable for this high quality of service.

A great company if HVAC is needed. From the start to finish, it was professionalism with this company. Did great work and for a good price. Came in and identified the issue. He fixed the problem and explained to me why and what he did. This is my new HVAC company to use. Thanks!

We are very very pleased with this company. Their price was very reasonable. They were able to install an air conditioning system within days after taking a look to the project. We were amazed by their quick response and how responsible they were. They were very professional. Definitely we'll hire them again.

Accurate is the BEST! My husband and I were absolutely 'over the moon' with the service provided from the very first phone call I placed to them. Upon talking to Mary Beth initially, I told her I thought we needed a new unit and wanted an estimate for one, she told me that due to the age of the unit she thought that it was pretty soon to have to get a replacement. She advised that their technician come out, troubleshoot the problem and based on that information decide at that time whether or not we needed a new unit. As it turned out, we did need a new one; it was a bad compressor. I mention this because Mary Beth could have easily sent someone out, gave us an estimate, and sold us a new unit whether or not we needed it. Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning is an honest and reputable company; we would recommend them to anyone for a new unit or service to their existing unit. Additionally, Brandon, the technician who did the troubleshooting of our old and installation of our new unit is tops in his field. He is prompt, polite and above all the most knowledgeable of anyone we have ever used for our a/c or heating needs. We are definitely permanent customers. THANK YOU to Mary Beth, John and Brandon!

Given that the charge for pushing a button was so high I would not hire this company to any other work for us ever. It felt as though it was in part a recoup on the free estimate. Aren't free estimates the cost of doing business?
