Description of Work: Bob came out and took my dryer apart to find that the control timer was broken and that it would not be worth fixing since it is an older dryer. He was very honest and professional and it was worth the $20 service charge.

Description of Work: AC unit was not working. Only charged me $20 for the call and it was included in the bill. They had to fill the unit with propane to have the unit cool off the house. The Tech that came to the house was very knowledgable and he didnt advise me of un neccessary repairs. Wonderful co.

Description of Work: I called them and left a message and he called me back within 5 minutes. Very mice man, professional and courteous. Had someone come out the following day, look over my dishwasher and give me a reasonable, honest price. Service man was also professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Nothing but tell us the microwave was shot, which we told him over the phone.

Description of Work: Water leak (turned out to be a bad pump) in my 7-year old washer on a Saturday afternoon. Didn't expect any immediate appointment; called and left message; in detail (he's easily within my area; my brand was the very common Kenmore Elite). Bob's never returned the phone call - which was interesting, because the answering machine message goes out of the way to trumpet a promised 20 minute return call. Not the best indication of what sort of service he offers.

Description of Work: i needed an early appointment and had a tech at my house before 7 am. He diagnosed my broken garbage disposal, told me the cost, and then fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised. I will keep their number.
