Item was not worth the cost to repair. I bought new item.

He was very helpful to me even though no work was actually done. He was unable to fix my dishwasher because he doesn't fix that brand. He gave me some good solutions to try over the phone to fix my dishwasher. I would use them in the future because of how professional he was.

Went very well. Arrived early and was finished within an hour. I would definitely use them again.

Bob was great. On time and very courteous. Unfortunately the motherboard on the washer was fried so he was unable to fix it. But I would definitely call him again for future jobs.

Bob was able to come out on Christmas eve, which was great since no one else was able to come out as early and our food was spoiling!

Called "Bobs" set up an appointment. A couple days latter it was cancelled. Another appt. was set up and the service person (not Bob) came out. Made some adjustments and said it may or may not work. He did see a cracked part that eventually needed to be replaced,but was not the cause of the original problem. The next day my wife ran the washer and it shut down. We called "Bobs" (and this is the kicker) he said we had to call the guy who came out. Bob has nothing to do with it. He evidently sent out another contractor without telling us and has nothing to do with his work after its finished.This is my first experience with Angie's list and am very disspointed.

Very pleasant experience! Repairman came on time, was professional, and fixed my dryer by replacing a part, which he had on his truck. The dryer is working fine now. We would use Bob's again!

I emailed Bob's Appliance Repair and the next day called and left a message. I did not receive a response to either. I'm left to assume that Bob does not need nor want the work judging by his lack of responsiveness. Very unprofessional.

Went great! They were very nice to deal with...however, the problem was bigger than we thought and the cost to repair was more than we wanted to put into the refrigerator.

My garbage disposal had no power after an electrical storm, and reseting the house's tripped circuit breaker didn't fix it. I called on a Sunday and left a message, and got a call back from Bob in 15 minutes, who then walked me through finding the disposal's circuit breaker reset button in about one minute. He was really nice about it. Easiest service ever, and very responsive customer service, even though he knew he wouldn't get a house call from this problem. I'll definitely call him for future work!

This was a great first-time experience with this company. I will definitely call them again and recommend them with confidence to people I know.

They ordered the part, showed up promptly after scheduling a time, left no visible signs of work, and it all still works wonderfully.

Repairman showed up and tested the refrigerator and determined that it was not worth fixing. Recommended replacing it. Charge was a mere $20!!!!! for the service call. Unheard of today.

I called and they answered right away. They came out the next day. It was the same service repair man that came out last time. He looked at the dishwasher and realized it was impeller housed inside the pump. It wasn't broken but just off kilter a little bit. It would've cost three or four hundred dollars and he said that the actual noise isn't hindering the dishwasher from performing. So, he recommended that I just live with the sound if I didn't want to spend any extra money. So, I just paid the $20 service charge.

You won't beat the $20 service charge to diagnose the problem. Honest assessment of the problem and did a great job.

I was really panicked because I was 24 hrs from hosting my daughter's first holy communion when I discovered my side by side Kenmore was not cooling. I attempted to use my home owner's warranty service but they could not get me anyone until next week! I then started calling at least a dozen different repair places and a friend suggested Bob's to me. They have a mere $20 service fee (deducted if a repair is performed) and when I called to leave a message, they guaranteed a return call w/in 20 minutes. Well, they did call back w/in 20 minutes AND a repairman was at my house w/in an hour. He was courteous and friendly. He explained what he was checking/testing and what he diagnosed as the problem. He was curious that the motherboard would have died and decided to search further for the reason and discovered my fan motor was not operating properly. He asked if this problem had occurred previously (no cooling issue) and I said yes...2 other times. He explained the fan was the culprit the whole time and caused the other issues. He went out to pick up the parts he needed and returned in less than 30 minutes to make the repair. I was so grateful and relieved it was not only fixed, but in such a short amount of time that I did not lose any food to spoilage. I see that they also do heating, a/c and water heaters and there will no reason to make a bunch of calls in the future. I'll definitely just call Bob's Appliance Repair and get it fixed right the first time!
