They did a great job! We didn't know what to expect, having never hired a cleaning company before, and they absolutely blew us away. They were fast and friendly, and they managed to clean more areas of our house than we thought they would be able to in the time allotted. The kitchen sink and tub look cleaner than they did when I moved in! I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

We contacted Carolina through Angie's List and arranged an initial cleaning. She and her crew of 3 other ladies came and spent 2.5 hours and house was immaculate. They came today, 3 this time, and did an outstanding job. We could not be happier and recommend them highly. They are prompt, communicate well, always confirm when they will arrive and go about their business quickly and professionally. We have now made arrangements for them to come once each month.

I will be using their service again in the future. Kind, prompt, reliable service.

I can't say enough good things about the service quality and value Limpia provided. They were prompt in communication, excellent follow up, terrific work and a great price. They even worked under a tight timeline scheduling the work to meet a deadline for a party I was hosting. My house has not been this clean in a LONG time. Thank you!!!

There were timely, pleasant and met all my expectations! They were in and out in one hour, and did a great job! I would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to my friends and family! Great job! They certainly made my life easier.

Overall, it went well. The deal that I purchased was for 5 hours, which really ended up being 2.5 hours (because there were two housekeepers). I live in a fairly large home, so 2.5 hours is not enough time to cover everything in detail, so we made a plan to focus on the major areas of concern that could be completed in this amount of time. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate me by putting me on the schedule for a Saturday morning shortly after I purchased the deal.

There aren't any. They have my $105 and I still have a dirty house.

It went well. Overall, they did a really good job getting the house cleaned up for the wedding. I thought that they did an adequate job. They were punctual and were professional. It was just a one time deal and they came when they said they would. I would use them again.

I have never used a cleaning service for many reasons. I had surgery done at the end of July on my hand/wrist and am still not able to do many things. I needed to go back to work but felt overwhelmed with the "condition" of the house. I saw the Angie's list offer for Limpia and thought what great timing. I ordered the service and the women showed up promptly at 8:00 and they were all hard working, energetic and knew what they were doing. The woman in charge showed me certain spots that they had problems with (but still looked better than I was ever able to get it to look). The women were all very friendly and I had no problems with taking a dog for a walk while they were there. They made me feel at ease and I'll definitely use them again when I'm in that situation.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. It was an hour cleaning and they asked me what I wanted done before they started. There were five people who cleaned. She came when she said she was coming and did what she was supposed to do. She was very responsive and very professional. The only thing that I think was wrong was that she did not give me a card so, right now, I don't know who she is.

They were great and had an awesome experience. I would recommend to friends and family.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was wonderful. I was trying to make them come back, and I was expecting them tommorow, but I haven't heard from them. They were excellent. The whole house was shining, it was great.

We do not regularly use a cleaning service, so this was a present for the wife. There was an incident of car trouble, but the maids still made it and finished the job in time. I was particularly impressed, because we were fully prepared to reschedule. Cleaning went off without a hitch. The ladies were very thorough and very professional. They performed a deep clean of the kitchen, two bathrooms, the living and family rooms. They found areas to clean I didn't even know existed, and a month later it still looks great with only a little upkeep on our part. Overall we couldn't be happier with Limpia!

I was very pleased with their attitude as well as with their work. They not only cleaned what I asked, but they were willing to give me a hand with related things. I think it was this company that helped me get a wrinkle out of a rug by using a steam cleaner and then helping me place heavy items on the wrinkle so that it would subside.

Carolina and her team did an excellent job. When they arrived, they confirmed what my priorities were, then they worked quickly and thoroughly. I plan to use them again.

It took several calls to set up and confirm the date of cleaning but, once they arrived, they went straight to work--did an excellent job cleaning. The owner had dropped them off. and when done they waited outside.I was disappointed that when she returned to pick them up , she didn't come inside to confer with me t that the job was done satisfactorily or to perhaps set up another appt. I was, however, pleased w ith the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers...I would use this service again.

2 people did the work well... worked for about 2 hours... they were very thorough in the beginning and they left some things not quite complete at the end of the 2 hours. They did as expected. I would recommend them and will probably use them again.

It went very well -- took a little while for her to respond, but once she did, they were very responsive and scheduled a cleaning very quickly. They did a great job!

Everything went very smoothly. I told them what I wanted done and they got straight to work. With the extra time they covered even more - they were fantastic. Carolina is a doll and she keeps her girls moving right along so that everyone is happy. I will be having them back for sure!

I had an odd situation, and they responded with professionalism and empathy. I'm very grateful that they gave me a start into dealing with what had become an overwhelming situation for me.

I paid for two hours but when they arrive there were four of them to work one hour. They made the stove look like new and did some other excellent work. However, they left behind one huge problem. Whoever cleaned my stainless steel kitchen sink did so with steel wool of the type painters use. And then she dumped the steel wool into the garbage disposal. Unaware, I ran the garbage disposal that evening. The disposal chewed up some of the steel wool before I could stop it. After trying to remove it all and restart the disposal myself, I had to call a plumber. As he could not repair the old one I had to have a new one installed. Needless to say I am not happy. I have left a message with the service which they have not had the opportunity to respond to as yet.

Instead of 2 people 2 hours - company brought in 5 cleaners. Team leader immediately asked me what my priorities were and then sent teams to work on the various tasks. She said they would be there for less than an hour - but I believe they stayed a little longer (an hour) to accomplish the tasks. The cleanin gcrew left the house looking and smelling clean :) I was impressed that they even dusted the fan blades on ceiling fan and dusted the 4 finials on my 4 poster bed. They did miss a fairly dusty area under a piece of furniture - but overall I am really happy with the job they did.

I was very satistifed with the cleaning. I checked all of the "trouble" areas when I arrived home (i.e. bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, floors, stoves), and her team effectively cleaned these areas. Her team was also able to effectively clean my HW floors, which had a considerable amount of build-up from previously used cleaning agents. The only down side is one of her employees broke a chair, but they corevered the cost of the repair.

Very professional staff of five (including supervisor) spent one hour and completed all cleaning needs with excellent detail.
