I had this company clean several times and I always had to watch what they did. First of all most did not speak English. They spilt their beverages on my carpets and just left it there. They ran into wood furniture with vacuum cleaner gouging the wood. They missed areas and sometimes only 1/2 of house was cleaned. They would slide items across my glass top tables scratching all of them. They used a metal scratch pad on my stainless sink scratching it. They used windex on painted wood; which took the paint off. If I mentioned anything to improve they messed with all shower settings or would avoid a room completely. They broke my sink sprayer and did not say anything (Replacement faucet was $650)

They've been working for us for about ten years now and it was excellent.

There were three team members. Did a good job and finished on time. Overall good experience.

Their work was fantastic! They cleaned the house from top to bottom in preparation of my move in that day. The fridge, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, light fixtures, were all thoroughly cleaned. Every inch of the house looked and smelled great after they were done! Very professional courteous. Would definitely hire again!

Fine. Very personable and communicative. Would have loved a little more detail but it was also a very big job. Overall, I would higher them again for a similar project (move in/out cleaning).

The service was very good I was very pleased. They are very good and very efficient. The price was reasonable, they are very flexible and finish faster than five people and just charged just the same. They let me know if they are not going to come. It cost $25.00 per person. Many times, they bring their own cleaning supply. Sometimes, the woman who are sent does not speak English but Carolina always make sure that at least one woman speaks in English.

Every 2 weeks for a couple years I’ve used this owner run business. They are excellent. My home shines after they leave. I even now have them change my sheets. A treat for me. They have a system to do all services bi weekly if you use them regularly. I trust them, really like them and they just do a wonderful job. You won’t be disappointed. I got the referral from Angie’s List 2 1/2 yrs ago. The best I’ve ever had cleaning my home. An easy decision to make.

Carolina has always been responsive to our requests and has hired good people to help clean our home. Her company has been cleaning for us for several years and we've been very happy for the help. We're moving to Hamilton but we intend to keep using her services. Nothing has ever gone missing or been broken, any misunderstandings have been corrected quickly and courteously and I highly recommend her services! The service can vary a bit from cleaning to cleaning, but if something gets missed one month it usually gets taken care of the next month. For consistency across long periods of time, I give her and her crew an A+

Staff started out doing a good job but was quick to clean and skipped over many areas. After cleaning the oven someone left the gas on. I texted the owner about this issue and she said she did not know how it happened but I should have noticed it. I do not think this was my issue. I am very upset about the many areas missed cleaned and the gas being left on this could have been tragic issue.

very professional and highly recommended by a friend, but we had to pay for the estimate and they bid almost $10k more than the roofer we eventuallly chose. Just couldn't believe they were that much better than their competition.

Carolina was very prompt both to give us an estimate and for the cleaning. We discussed which products she uses (especially for wood floors) and what is included. She came with 2 helpers. All floors were vacuumed and mopped. Only one room has carpet. Furniture, window sills and baseboards were dusted. Bathrooms were cleaned but particularly the tub and shower were scrubbed down really well. We opted not to do the kitchen as it was quite clean. I was able to be there for the first cleaning which I found helpful so as to answer any questions or indicate our preferences. Our vacuum was used but she provided all products. We would use Carolina again.

The owner was not able to be there that day, she sent two of her employees Irma and Milvia, who did a wonderful job, only dis advantage was they were not able to follow English.

The girls who came out did a really good and thorough job. They were very flexible on the time frame.

Was moving into a new apartment and had them come out to clean the place before I will move in with my family. Did a great and professional job for an affordable price. Will use them again in the future.

My house was sparkling when they were done. They were very patient with my dogs and were very thorough. They paid special attention to all the small details which I truly appreciate. I have 2 dogs which makes for extra work but the house was super clean when they were done. Carolina and her team are punctual and went right to work when they arrived. Very professional. My husband even commented on how pleased he was. Thank you Carolina!

I bought a big deal for this service and they were good. They did the floors and actually I asked them to wash the windows on the porch and they did, which really surprised me. I thought that was great. I have a small home and they did a thorough job. I would have kept them on if it was not that expensive. Their prices are high. They were right on time I have never had any other professional housecleaner.

A team of 3 came in. Did not clean my floors. Not very thorough. Told me my floors were clean. Observed that floors were still dirty. Cleaned my bathroom.

My ex-husband was extremely appreciative. The timing was difficult with my husband being sick and scheduling was a little difficult but that was my fault not the service providers.

Reliable housecleaning on a bi-weekly basis

Carolina brought a team of four people for initial 2-hour cleaning. Team was courteous and conscientious. They worked efficiently, thoroughly, and paid attention to details. Cleaned cobwebs from upper areas (never done by any other cleaner). They vacuumed carpets, washed floors, dusted. Respected my request to not clean certain items, and to use cloth but no cleansers on piano. Cleaned bathrooms and kitchen floor exceptionally well. A very fine cleaning service.
