They come with a team and do a great job.

Carolina was very responsive from the beginning when I emailed her to inquire about the service. She was also very accommodating about the service date and was willing to work on Sat afternoon. On the day of service, she informed us when she was running late, so her communication was good. In addition, she was ok when I requested to use more environmentally cleaning products, which I provided for the appointment. The cleaning appointment went well and it passed my finger test!!!

It went very well. I added on services since my house is on the large side and Carolina was very easy to work with. They were very thorough and I would definitely use them again.

This was a Christmas gift for my 21-year-old son. He has a 1-bedroom apartment and needed some help with cleaning. Scheduling was an issue, because there was no overlap in availability of the son and the cleaning staff. After several phone calls with him, nothing was happening, so I eventually had to step in and insist that they make arrangements to fulfill the purchased service. It was finally done on February 18, 2014, but I wouldn't go through that again. Thank you.

I was not satisfied with them. They did a great job during the first cleaning, but the second time, they did not do as good of a job. They also broke one of my light fixtures and didn’t tell me.

I was highly disappointed because they sent me an email saying that they did not service my area, even though they supposedly do. They were also supposed to get in touch with me within 48 hours of buying the deal, but it took them 3 to 4 days to send that email.

After a thorough search, we found Carolina's Limpia Cleaning Service on Angie's List. We called her because of the many glowing reviews, and she certainly lived up to them. She came to our house and provided a prompt, accurate estimate. She and her crew have been to our house twice so far and their performance has been outstanding both times. We have never seen the house look so good. It is gleaming. Carolina and her employees are very thorough and professional, and we will plan to use them again many times. They really care about providing excellent service.

It went well. The women doing the actual cleaning don't speak fluent English so the owner came with them and cleaned along with them. The second time they came the owner did not come with and the job was still good. I think it's still too early to tell; my girlfriend told me cleaning services tend to do less of a good job the longer they work for you.

I really only wanted the deep cleaning, but it was fine to have both. They did a good job and got most of what was needed in the time provided.

We were very pleased with the services provided by Limpia. After some initial scheduling difficulties (on both sides), we managed to find a time that worked for both of us. We ended up extending the time included in the offer because we were pleased with the work that had been done so far, and we had more we were happy to have their help on! We would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again in future.

Carolina is very responsive and friendly, and her staff works quickly and efficiently. I had them initially to clean my townhouse right before I moved out. Now in my new house, Carolina comes to clean every other week. For my 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house (some hardwood, some carpeting) she charges $85. The crew does a great job in every room. They even manage to remove the cat hair from my whole sofa (which seems to be a cat hair magnet!) each time they clean. I am very happy with the cleaning and highly recommend Limpia Cleaning Services!

Did a very thorough job of cleaning. Everything looked very good and smelled wonderful.

It went well. It was an additional for 7 days. They do not speak English and that was the problem. The quality of work was good but they work a little flow way, knowing that I had to pay the extra money because they were not done with their job. I had to pay for the additional amount for them to finish.

Not the deep clean I expected but very detailed. Great experience.

My current cleaning lady had moved on to another occupation so I have been in search of a new quality service. Carolina and her team are top notch and were able to get this done on relatively short notice. Highly recommend her services.

This company is horrible! I purchased a voucher for 5 hours of "deep" cleaning for my home. I have a small 3-bedroom, 2 bath cape cod house. The cleaning I received was a general cleaning and even that wasn't completed. For a general cleaning, two of my 3 bedrooms were not even dusted. None of the carpeting was vacuumed. I was not home while the work was completed but I know for a fact it did not take 5 hours. The "deep" cleaning items on the voucher such as cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, cleaning light fixtures and ceiling fans was not done at all. When I contacted Carolina, the owner, she told me those items were not included and I would have to pay additional fees at full value for them. I have printed copies of what the deal included and they were not additional services. She also said that I could have purchased additional time at full value to complete the job. Additional time would never have been necessary as it could have not taken the full five hours to do all that they should have done. Carolina said she would come back to dust the two bedrooms and vacuum the carpet, but that was it. I would never recommend this company. I was cheated on the deal that I purchased through Angie's List.

Company is easy to deal with, shows up on time and did a nice job. Best part is they are in and out in an hour. No complaints. I would use them again.

They arrived right on time. Three cleaners arrived; that worked out to 1 hour, 40 minutes. They worked from the moment they walked in the door to the minute they left. Paid special attention to the bathrooms and kitchen. Brought their own supplies, but if you have a specific product you like, they will use that. Very nice, professional, efficient. I would use the service again.

They arrived promptly and began working right away. 3 women arrived and cleaned the entire first floor of my house. They asked which areas I wanted the most focus on, and I told them kitchen and bathroom. Very pleased with the end result. They came on a Saturday which worked best for my schedule.
