Showed up on time and seemed to have done a thorough job with the inspection of my chimney. He said I would get the report and suggestions on how to get my fireplace in working order within a couple of days. I paid $265.95 by check, which was cashed 2 days later. When I did not receive the report in the stated amount of time I called and left a voicemail, but no response. Five months has gone by and I have called numerous times but still no response.

At the time I assumed the instillation of heatshield went well, and it came with a 20 year warranty, so I was comfortable with this option over full flu-tile replacement. For 3 years after Kevin was great to work with, very responsive and punctual. But he has since gone MIA and I have a problem with the instillation that is covered under warranty and that he is responsible to fix. Doesn't respond to the numerous calls and emails that I've made over the past 2 years. I really like him, I hope he's ok, but as a business owner, what he's done is unacceptable.

It went excellent. The technician was prompt and work was completed efficiently. He was very friendly and professional.

The cleaning and inspection was ok. Launched a drone and went into a lot of detail about the repairs he anticipated I would need. Created a lot of concern about remediations needed and said a report would be given of the details in the following week. To this day after MANY follow up calls I had to make to chase the report, and repeated broken promises to deliver it., excuses about how it was sent by email but must have failed to arrive, stories about it being hand delivered to my front door yet was not there....I still don’t have the report!!!! You don’t tell someone they have safety issue with a fireplace and not deliver the report of needed repairs for 2-1/2 months!! Major failure on service and no good reason for the run around and lies.

Our chimney has been cleaned many times and we have always felt slightly disappointed. Very little care and virtually no technology other than a wire brush and some brooms. This company used a whipping tool that was fed up from the bottom of the fireplace. The before and after was something like night and day. Outstanding and we are feeling very relieved to burn wood in our wood burning stove all winter. I will be scheduling this to be done each year by Kevin and his team.

The job was completed and they were careful not to make additional messes.

The dryer vent installation was excellent. The chimney repair was rushed and not that well done.

I called and left a message asking for someone to call about giving an estimate on Chimney Repair. I left 2 messages and never got a response call

Although they were initially very responsive, making an appt quickly and giving an estimate in a timely manner in August, once we gave them a deposit we had to chase them to schedule service. After getting a response once, that they had ordered the materials necessary for the job, we have been unable to contact them. They did not respond to our emails and the voicemail is always full so we have been unable to contact to them. Luckily they did not cash the deposit so we cancelled the check. Very disappointed with this company.

They came in at half the price of a competitor's estimate. The job was done professionally. He was courteous, and he did good work.

Actually water[proofing the bricks didn't solve the problem at first which was quickly corrected by BJ Meier and Sons by installing a copper cap.

I have used Meier for several years for the fireplace chimney. They have always done a good job. Also used them for duct cleaning, but this was several years ago.

They were very precise and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
