It was super easy to schedule the dryer vent cleaning. Someone called me to inform me that the tech was freed up earlier than expected, so they showed up earlier than planned. The work was quick and clean. The tech was very friendly and took the time to explain certain things to us. I have used Mr Duct and will continue to use them.

The technician, Zack, who came out did a great job on ducts and dryer vent. Before he started he explained the process and what work he would be doing. I was busy working in my office and he went about getting the work completed. I also appreciate the pictures. Validation I needed to do this cleaning. My wife was happy and that is what is important. I will definitely be recommending Mr. Duct.

The company was recommended by two co workers. They stated they had no complains and loved the service. I sent an inquiry on line Sunday got a call the next day around 7AM. They told me the rates and also that they could service my home with 2 units later on that afternoon. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. Told me how he would set up and how long it would take. He cleaned both top floors and the basement and took several pics along the way. Cleaned up his work area and then explained what he saw. I will recommend them to anyone looking to clean their air ducts!

Absolutely horrible experience. Arrival time was miscommunicated. Despite what the scheduling person promised no actual eco-friendly products were used to clean air duct openings, only HEPA vacuum without covering the returns. Left home in worse shape than when job started. Technician was indifferent and not very friendly, did not hook up the vacuum to our air handler securely which spread debris everywhere, caused damage to our home and even left our brand new vent covers scratched and not screwed-in/secured properly. Our neighbors were also not happy with the state of our common staircase once the job was "completed." Could never recommend this company in good conscience.

I was able to book with them for the next day. They came to clean my dryer vent and had the job completed within 30 min. Very friendly and easy to work with.

They were good and efficient. The new home still had the lingering smell of the previous owner's dog, however, that went away after the duct cleaning (and carpet cleaning). We would hire again in a few years when we need the ducts cleaned.

Not only was Mr. Duct reasonably priced and lightening quick to action, both Sergio and Corey were extremely personable and professional. Sergio even stayed until nearly midnight to see that the job was done. Last but not least at all, we accidentally overpaid and were notified of our error immediately. As someone in the service industry as chef/owner of a Michelin starred restaurant, I really can't say enough about this experience!
