 + -1 morePat returned my call in less than 45 minutes. I explained the problem that I was having with my stove. He told me that he was driving at the time but he would call me over the weekend with an estimate of the repairs as it could be more than one thing causing the problem. As promised he called back with a price that was very reasonable. We set up a date for him to come out. He was prompt and professional. I would recommend him and I would hire him again.

While I didn't actually have Patrick come out to service our appliance, I would definitely do so in the future. He was thoughtful, helpful and concerned about me as a customer. Description of Work: I called Patrick to ask his opinion about fixing the door of our side-by-side refrigerator.  + -1 morePat came on time and addressed the problem. After a few days, the issue happened again. Pat came out right replaced the blown out igniter, made another adjustment to the oven, and did this all at no extra charge. Oven has been working ever since.

 + -1 moreI called for service in the morning and got an appointment for 11am the same day. The repairman (owner) was prompt, efficient and completed the repair very quickly. He also showed me how to check to see if the dryer was heating, and advised that I get the duct work for the dryer cleaned. Duct cleaning is not a service he provides, otherwise, I would have had him do the cleaning on the spot. I would use this provider again, and would recommend him to others. The service call and diagnostic service was $69 and the belt was $21, for a total with tax of $96.50

 + -1 moreIt went very well- not good news for a new machine but I suspected this machine was having serious problems and was concerned about throwing good money after bad. Partrick continued to answer more questions for me- like should I replace both the washer and dryer and I had yet another question about a freezer we had that might need to be repaired as well.
Description of Work: Over the weekend, my 9 year old red front loader Samsung washer kept working but we clearly saw smoke or smelled something burning- it was also making even more noise when it was on the spin cycle than usual. I looked at Angie's list and contacted Patrick at Appliance Service LLC, it looked like he was close by to our house. To my surprise and great satisfaction, he contacted me overnight to ask questions- what model, how old, what kind of noise, what kind of smell etc. I answered all his questions and he eventually surmised by the age, the model and the symptoms we had, the rear bearing had broken and it would be much better to simply replace the machine- it would cost as much to fix it. He could have easily come for a service call and told us this- he diagnosed it over the internet and we were very grateful. I offered to pay him for a service call and he declined, said no problem.

 + -1 moreWorked out great. My dryer stopped heating. I called the company at 2:00 pm. I spoke to the serviceman. I gave my make and model # ( Know this before you call. It helps. My information was located on the inside dryer door). The serviceman said he was not too far away and he could stop between 3:00 and 4:00 pm that day. He came right on time at 3:00pm. My dryer needed to some sort of heating element part which he didn't have but fortunately I live a few blocks from some part supply stores. He came, diagnosed the problem, picked up the part, and repaired the dryer in 1 hour!! Too good to be true but this kind of luck pays back some crappy service I have had in the past from other service providers (not this company). Very reasonable price too. Thanks for the service.

Went right to work, and in less than an hour had the dryer repaired and working. He explained briefly the tests he used to diagnose the problem and the repair (replacement of gas valve) he made. Bill was reasonable and good invoice for my records.

Once he began working on the issue, he discovered that it was an electrical component that had shorted out when water spilled on it and therefore he could not fix. He went out of his way to come and get the model number. I really appreciated his honesty about what needed to be repaired.

 + -1 morePatrick did a great job. He was very easy to schedule with. I was really impressed by how much work he did to prepare for my visit. I have been having issues with my water dispenser and ice maker in my fridge for a while. He asked to text a picture of the model number so he could look it up before he even came out to see me and knew exactly how old the fridge was. He was very thorough and showed it figured out it was a water valve issue. He showed me how to fix it myself to save money and replaced my ice maker for basically free. I have had him come out before to look at my dryer. He is always very honest about cost and upfront about when its worth doing a repair or not. I would definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreTop spin arm of dishwasher wasn't rotating and upper rack dishes weren't getting fully cleaned. He and his assistant fully evaluated the problem, and discovered that the spin arm had some food chunks blocking the spray holes, spending about another 30 or 40 minutes cleaning out the arm. Reinstalling the arm, they confirmed that it was now spinning. Called the next day to see if the dishes were getting cleaned better and if not he would order a new spray arm and return to install it for no additional labor charge. Spent about 90 minutes and the total charge was $89 plus tax, seemed quite reasonable. In addition, Patrick was a very nice gentleman to deal with.

 + -1 morePatrick returned our initial call within about 20 minutes and did an initial diagnosis over the phone and setting up an appointment to come out. He arrived exactly when he said he would, verified that it was the ignitor that was the problem, and replaced it very quickly and tested the oven to make sure it was working properly. I'd definitely call him if we have any problems with an appliance in the future.

 + -1 moreWe had been smelling a subtle, intermittent gas leak in the area of our range. Based on Angie's List reviews, we called Appliance Service LLC to check it out. Patrick arrived promptly as scheduled and checked every aspect of my range for a gas leak. He wasn't able to find any leak in the range, so he took the time to check other gas appliances in our home for gas leaks quickly as well. The price was reasonable for the service provided. I am confident that if there had been a leak, he would have located it.

 + -1 moreGreat! Patrick and his assistant accommodated my schedule and arrived just when I was expecting them. Patrick is friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. It was quickly determined that the $195 repair was not needed, thus I was charged only a reasonable fee for a service call. The person who chooses his company for service will never want to deal with anyone else.
Description of Work: I was expecting a $195 job to replace a freezer gasket that I believed was causing a problem due to wear. Patrick and his assistant determined that the gasket was not in need of replacement. Clearing ice that had formed in the freezer and reconfiguring frozen foods appeared to do the trick. I appreciate the honesty and competence displayed by this company.
