Excellent, I called Patrick, explained the problem and gave the model number. He arrived with the necessary part, repaired the dryer and was done in about half an hour. Highly recommend.

Patrick Shields, who owns the business, did a great job fixing our dryer. We called Patrick when our dryer broke down. I noticed that the belt needed to be replaced, but I knew the job was a little too much for me to handle myself. So I called Patrick and he was prompt in his response. He came out a day or two later, and had the dryer belt replaced in a matter of an hour. I also appreciated how he talked through some other common issues that could have occurred in our dryer and provided good transparency on the fix. Overall, he was great and I would certainly hire again in the future.

Patrick was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and brought a replacement motor with him. While here, he said the belt was dry-rotting, so he replaced that too. I was very very pleased with everything.

Patrick provided great service with an honest repair price. He arrived slightly late because of another job but he got right to work and had the drainage pump replaced fast and cleaned everything up nicely. Will definitely call him again for future repairs.

Patrick quickly diagnosed the issue, sight un-seen, and advised that repairs would be costly enough to not be worth it (versus buying a new unit). He was very quick and efficient with this spot-on advisement though there was nothing for him to gain.

Very pleased with the service. Our washer is working like a champ! We were able to text pictures of the part of the washer that was malfunctioning, therefore he was able to have the part ready to install when he arrived. Patrick responded quickly, arrived promptly, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The cost for parts and labor was very fair. We would recommend his service and would hire again if needed!

I called the number listed, but I didn't have the model numbers of my appliances. I called back, with the requested information. I was then texted back saying the person didn't repair dishwashers any longer and was on vacation.

Don’t look further, you have found a fabulous 5-star appliance resourcservice, which I have used previously. I left Vmail for a service appoint; received a return call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for next day, Saturday, due to a late Friday afternoon call. Otherwise, the service could’ve been performed on Friday. Patrick was very polite and asked if I’d trouble shoot the problem by checking the dryer exhaust hose that connects the dryer to the exhaust vent that leads to exhaust outside. Of course, I clean everything imaginable but NEVER pull out the Dryer to disconnect and clean the inside of the hose. YUK is a mild description of for this lint clogged mess. The flexible hose was plugged with wet lint. Everything else was working on the dryer. Now I’ve learned something about dryers. Patrick suggested in our call that if this was the case, we should replace the silver flexible vent hose that camps on to dryer and the interior vent. We did exactly that and our problem is solved. After endless unresponsive repair services and more, it was a true pleasure to work with a repair professional who values his customer’s time and money. Rare in today’s world. Thank you Patrick!!!!
