Description of Work: I called Patrick about my front loader washing machine that was broken. I left him a detailed message and he returned my call within the next few hours. That was great considering it was the middle of the work day. Unfortunately I need a new washing machine but the good news is that he knew immediately what the problem was. He advised based on the details I gave over the phone and said he did not want to waste my money by coming out to take a look. I was extremely appreciative of this courtesy and because of that, I would not hesitate to hire him for anything else. Thanks Patrick!

Description of Work: Called Appliance Service LLC to ask a question about a potential repair of my microwave. I received a call back within ten minutes. Mr. Shields advised me that he no longer fixes microwaves, and the reasons why. He still informed me of the approximate costs associated with making the repair, and that it would be more advisable to replace the unit. I very much appreciate his advice, and that he returned my call, despite the fact that he already knew there was no monetray gain in doing so. Courtesy like that speaks volumes. I will definitely contact him for future repairs.

 + -1 moreIt was great. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and the guy said he'd come right out-between 6 and 7 p.m. HE ACTUALLY CAME. And was on time. Lee was not only punctual but also personable; listened to what I thought was wrong with my beloved old copper-colored Maytag, and then quickly replaced the part, which he was carrying in his van. He noted that the part carried a year warranty. While I hope I don't have to see him again for a while, he'll be who I call for any appliance repair need in the future. Thanks!

He informed me that he would have to check on a price, but believed it to be around $90.00. He did state that the motor sounded as if it may be going. I have not decided if I have going to do the work or buy a new dishwasher.

 + -1 moreJoe was very professional and promised same day service. When I called Monday, I requested he come out on Tuesday, and he gave me a time range of an hour and let me know when he would be there 1/2 hour before arriving.
Description of Work: I called Joe on a Monday, & he came out on Tuesday to check on my gas stove and washing machine. I had recently bought a house & wasn't sure if the burners on my stove were working. He showed me the problem & everything was ok. On my washing machine, even though a plumber had told me I needed to replace the hose, Joe advised it just needed tightened to stop leaking. Everything is working fine now.
