I had called to have a refrigerator ice maker repaired and to see if he would also look at a microwave oven. He was amazingly prompt and came the very next morning. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was an old model and the serial number for the ice maker could not be read and the correct part can not be identified. He quickly looked at the microwave that was broken and said that he did not fix microwaves. While there, a light was out in the refrigerator that illuminated the controls. He fixed this in a a matter of minutes. I would use them again, but not everything was able to be fixed unfortunately.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon and spoke breifly with Mr. Lee. He came out that night, assessed the situation, and provided an estimate. We agreed on the price and he promised to return on Friday to make the necessary repairs. Mr. Lee showed up on time on Friday, made the repairs he promised, at the price he promised. Clean, professional, would recommend.

The connection to the hose was rusted so there was concern that the spigot might have to be replaced along with the hose. He was able to loosen it with a blow torch so I didn't end up having to pay more for that.

Lee was professional, timely, and easy to reach on the phone. He came the day after our initial call to assess the fridge and found he needed to order a part. He told us it wouldn't arrive until four business days later. I asked if there was any way for the part to be overnighted. He called the next day to say he was able to have the part overnighted. He then called the business day after that to say that he'd planned to come to install the part and fix the fridge, but only one of the two components of the part he ordered came in. He ended up coming four business days later to fix the fridge, once he had all the parts. (The delay on the part was not his fault.) While he was working, he also showed us where our freezer light was, which we had no idea even existed!

Fine, no problems. Quick and efficient.

Lee arrived on time the same day he was called. He installed the part without difficulty. He was efficient and effective.

They did an excellent job and it was a very good experience. They were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They also came on time and cleaned everything after the work was done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. He came out the day I called to take a look and needed to order a part and came back right away, at my convenience to replace it.

I called on Wednesday afternoon and Lee was able to put me on the schedule for the following day. He gave me a window of 12 - 2 pm and showed up promptly at noon. He knew right away what the problem was, gave me an estimate and got right to work. The freezer drain was clogged with ice and bird seed (yes bird seed!). Lee took great care in cleaning it all out. He was very efficient, polite and provided excellent service. The final bill was even a bit less than the estimate. I definitely will use again! THANKS!

Lee came the day after I called. He worked quickly in diagnosing the problem (broken valve which he showed me after the job). In the process, he also found another leak, which I believe has been there since Lowe's hastily installed the washer, but was too small to be found. Lee fixed that with a nut he had in his truck, free of charge.

He was quick, efficient and I would use him again.

I called at 4 p.m. and he was at my house by 5 p.m., dryer fixed by 5.30! He figured out the problem, had the part in his truck, and installed it all within a half hour. Excellent service.

With a warm refrigerator, I desperately called Appliance Services late one Saturday afternoon, and Lee answered the phone. He was just finishing up for the day and happened to be in our area. He said he would be at our house in a 1/2 hour, but he arrived within 15 minutes. I was amazed! He diagnosed the cause of our refrigerator problem; the automatic defroster was not working. Because the appliance is only two years old and no longer under manufacturer's warranty, Lee said he had to order a new computer part. Before he left, he defrosted our refrigerator and freezer so that it would work properly until he could come back and replace it. Sure enough, his temporary fix worked great. He called me on Monday to tell me how much the new part would be. I called him back (a couple days later due to my busy schedule) and said I would like him to come and install it. He said he could be there the next day. Lee called me the next day to say he would be at my house within 1/2 hour, and he was. It's been a couple weeks now, and everything is working great. Lee really knows what he's doing, and his customer service can not be beat! I can't ever remember being so impressed with service I have received. Outstanding!!! Without a doubt, Appliance Services will be the one I call any time I need appliance service in the future.

Called around mid day. Agreed to come out between 5 pm and 7 pm. Showed up around 6 pm after calling at 5:30 pm. Mr. Lee has an interesting accent; once you get used to it, it's ok to understand. He was enthusiastic and efficient. Diagnosed and resolved the problem within 45 minutes.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and Lee said that he would be at my home in one hour. He was right on time. He looked at the refrigerator and said that he could fix it and that it would be as good as new. He delivered. He replaced the thermostat, defrosted the built up ice, and tweaked some other little things (i.e. the seal around the door) and it is now working wonderfully. It took him approximately 90 minutes. I highly recommend him and his work.

Technician answered the phone on Saturday, and came the same day. He quickly diagnosed the refrigerator problem with dispensing of ice from the Ice Maker. He charged a $35 service call fee, ordered 2 parts, called with the repair estimate, scheduled the next visit, and fixed the problem. Good job!

They were great. They delivered and installed it perfectly. Everything worked out perfectly fine. The washer still works perfectly. I don't really know if I will continue to use them in the future.

Called the company in the morning and spoke with LEE. He agreed to come out between 1:00 and 3:00PM the same day. Since the range was in a vacant house that is being sold, LEE said that he would call just before his arrival. He called when he was a half hour away, and I met him at the house to let him in. He arrived right on time. The range did not need a new part, but the burner got a thorough cleaning out. Took about 20 minutes to a half hour to fix.

He showed up on time, went right to work, and finished quickly. It was necessary to order a part, and when it arrived, he promptly installed it. I would hire him again for any appliance repair.

I called and spoke directly to Lee the repairman. Even after reading the positive reviews of the company I was a little skeptical after talking to him on the phone because I had trouble hearing/understanding him (probably a combination of a cell phone and his accent). He was able to come out the next day and even called ten minutes before he arrived to say he'd be at my house within ten minutes. He diagnosed the problem within five minutes and had my dryer up and running again within ten.

I initially called on a Monday, and the technician asked if I wanted an appointment for the next day. I had to arrange it for a few days later due to my schedule. Lee arrived in exactly the time frame he had given me, and had the problem diagnosed within ten minutes. He completed the work in about an hour, allowing me extra time to clean under and behind the stove before replacing it. He was very careful, pleasant, and organized, and cleaned up well after himself. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

I called on Saturday and reached Lee, the repairman. He said he could come the same day. I had to check on scheduling on my end, and when I called back an hour later he said it was too late, he was already committed for Saturday, but he could come on Sunday morning. He came on Sunday morning at the designated time, diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Called up and spoke directly to Lee the repairman. He was ready to come out immediately, but I was at work and he agreed to come between 6 PM and 7 PM that evening. He showed up about 6:10 PM. He went immediately to work, had the parts on the truck and had the dryer up and running again within 30 minutes. I asked him to check the belt and he said it didn't need a new one. I was impressed. I didn't have to talk to an answering machine or a scheduler. And, he accommodated by schedule which is the best of all.
