I like appliance services. They responded quickly and did the repair efficiently.

Excellent. Pat was on-time and professional. He did a great job analyzing the problem and explaining it to us. He had to run out and get a part to make the repair, but was back within just a couple of hours and had everything working. We called him yesterday and the repair was made less than 24 hours later. He communicates well with customers to let him know what is happening and what needs to be done. I would not hesitate to have him back for other repairs - or to recommend him to others. I called them because they had such a great rating, however, Patrick told me they couldn't service my area. Despite that he provided me with great advice on who else I could contact and even tried to troubleshoot the washer problem over the phone. He even called me back from the caller ID on his phone to give me additional information. I realize I didn't use his service so I can't rate the price or quality of the service but I would certainly use this contractor if they serviced my area.

I woke in the morning to find that my refrigerator had stopped working and everything was spoiled. I called appliance services because there were so many good reviews on this site. I called Patrick at 8:30 and he was here by 1:00. He prepared me for the worst but it was not to be. He was able to fix it. He is very polite and efficient and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Called Appliance Services on Friday, the 28th of Dec. and scheduled a repair appointment for the next day, Saturday. Patrick and his co-worker arrived and I explained the problem that I was having with the oven. The preheating system was taking a long time to get to the temperature that it was set for. I explained that I had reviewed the troubleshooting part of the manual and followed the adjustment instructions but that still did not fix the problem.I had even bought an internal temperature gauge and it would take the over over 25 minutes to get to the correct temperature. Patrick warned me that it could be the control panel and the adjustment might not be a permanent adjustment. He stated the price of a replacement control panel would be over $200. I told him to make whatever adjustments he thought might work. If the adjustment didn't work, I would just go out and buy a new stove. Both of the gentlemen were well mannered and very professional. They did an excellent job trying to get the problem resolved and Patrick was very honest about the problem and the replacement costs. I would definitely contact this company for future repairs.

The service was good, the repair person was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and informative. He gave me the estimate before he did the work and held to it. He did not have the part he needed in his truck so he had to go pick it up and returned later that afternoon to install it. The refrigerator works better than it has in a really, long time. I considered giving a B rating due to the difficulties of arranging a time with my challenging and constantly changing work schedule and the unpredictability of how a repair person's day can go. But in the end I was really happy with how it went, the cost was reasonable and he did make a huge effort to return the same day to install the freezer motor. I would defininately use their services again - an A rating from me.

It went well - he was responsive and came when he said he would, and completed the repair. We thought the price was fair.

The guys from Appliance Service, Inc. came and quickly diagnosed the problem with my freezer. The water was coming from a clogged tube. They fixed the issue and cleaned up in about 1 hour. I thought the price was reasonable and they were very professional while at my house. The next time one of my appliances breaks, I will definitely call them.

Excellent job. Arrived on time. Quoted and performed repair in a professional and thorough manner. Washer works again as new. Fair Price. Would recommend to anyone. Also repaired dryer year before - still works as well.

I first called a competitor, who made an appointment, and then cancelled it the next day as being out of their service area. Then I got ahold of Appliance Services. I guess that we are outside of their service area, normally, but there were really nice and offered to come out the next day. I had tested everything in this drier: 220V input, switches, thermostats, etc. and could not find anything. They quickly did some and quot;detective workand quot; and traced down a wire abraded by the drum, and quickly fixed it. I was already pricing new driers, which seemed to average about $800. So, $85 vs $800+, along with the setup of a new system--what a bargain! Very satisfied and do recommend them.

I called in the morning, and they came that evening as promised. I was given the price before the work was started, and it was finished in about 30 minutes, with everything cleaned up, and put back the way it was. My washer is working fine, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The technician was on time, neat and fair. Seemed to know what he is doing. The work wasn't don't but only because the cost of the part was more than I wanted to spend on such an old product.

His prices are really cheap. The people who lived here before me also used him but I found him through somebody else. He does a good job; once he fixes it, it is fixed. He is a little bit slow in responding.

Serviceman was able to come the very next day. He speedily replaced the old, worn ice maker with a new one. Everything works perfectly.

Would recommend Mr. Le in a heartbeat.

he's very reliable and will come very quickly. He fixed my refrigerator several years ago and even though it's older, it's still working. It seems like he can fix anything!

I called because our dishwasher wasn't working properly. He called me back promptly, and an appointment was made quickly. He arrived within a timeframe of 2-3 hours, and diagnosed , took apart and fixed our dish washer back to full working condition. Cleanup was good too. I am very pleased with his work, and will definitely call him again in the future. Price was very reasonable.

He has fixed our referigerator twice before and both times was wonderful. The first time (with our old refrigerator) he actually came out at night so we would not lose our food, and he does not charge overtime for nights and weekends. His fee is very reasonable and he takes credit cards which many of the smaller repair services do not.

My ice maker was not working in the refrigerator. I called Appliance Service on Wednesday to see if I could schedule a service call for Saturday. The man asked for my address and said he would be there between 11am - 1pm. He called about 12:30pm and said he would be there in 10 minutes and was at my house within the 10 minutes. I explained the problem with the ice maker, he checked a few items and then told me what the problem was and the cost to repair it. He had the part needed on his truck and was able to fix the problem then. I will definately use Appliance Service again and would not hesitate to recommend the man.

Our side-by-side lost cooling ability and things in the freezer began dethawing. I scanned Angies List and selected two companies. Mr. Lee called back quickly and scheduled an apptmt for the next day. He was a little delayed but kept me informed. Upon arrival he was quick to zero in on the possible problems and went to work dethawing the internal coils to gain access to the parts in question. The most common cause tested good so he quickly moved onto the next explaining everything as he went along. He had all new parts in his truck and was able to resolve the problem during that one long visit. Though the cost was higher than I initially expected, it was well worth the amount of time and parts he eventually applied. Based on our conversations, I was impressed with has background and experience in this field. He appears to be very down to earth and honest. The fridge has been back in service now for almost two weeks and has been operating like new. We're very pleased.

My Kenmore front loader dryer stopped working. I called on Monday to schedule a repair date and it was fixed on Wednesday. The response was very quick and the problem was diagnosed right away. The technician replaced the broken belt and cleaned the entire dryer within an hour.
