Chris S and his team showed up right on scheduled appointment time. They were courteous, friendly, and got right to work. The removed their shoes or put on booties as they navigated throughout the house. As promised, they removed every register and air return, cleaned them and reinstalled them. They completed everything that was planned and cleaned up after themselves in every area as needed. They were neat, efficient, and thorough, and the price was exactly as originally discussed. Overall I was impressed with the service and would highly recommend Bactronix as well as Chris S and team!

I support family owned businesses so last year I hired Bactronix to clean my dryer vent. Today Shawn and Masson came to clean my air ducts and furnace. They showed me the before and after pictures. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I enjoyed talking with them and they made me feel like family. I highly recommend Bactronix.

We started our experience with Bactronix by first speaking to Chris. He was great to talk to and gave us the comfort level to proceed after looking into other air vent cleaning companies. Carlos and Frank were the technical team from Bactronix and they started out on the right foot by being very timely in their arrival time as promised. They explained the process extensively and answered any questions that we had. The work was exemplary, and the cleaned up was pristine. See the before and after pics. Would recommend Bactronix to anyone needing these services for their house. Their representatives, Bob and Matt were knowledgable and explained each step of the process in depth. Very efficient. Took great care to keep the entire process as clean as possible. After they were done, they went through and cleaned up. Before and after pictures were supplied.

Bob and Matt arrived prior to the 8am start time (a good thing). They greeted me professionally and thoroughly explained how the process would work. They were very personable and kept me updated throughout the process. They were also extremely respectful and cautious while working around the home and moving any items. Bob provided a thorough recap of the process and showed me the before and after photos— what a difference!! What a great company to do business with...from my first conversation with Lucas to getting the job done. Lucas was so knowledgeable and informative. Chris and Angelo were awesome....so nice to deal with, very neat....our vents looked great and some were attached even better than they were originally. The before and after pics of our air ducts was amazing. They did a wonderful job!

We hired Bactronix to clean the HVAC ducts in our house. Technicians Masson and Shawn arrived on time, did their work unobstrusively and efficiently, and answered all my questions politely and fully. They sent over before and after pictures of the ductwork by e-mail afterwards. Their work has made a positive difference to the air quality in the house, and we appreciate their services.

Very efficient and professional. Explained where entries into the ducts were to be made and how the vents would be cleaned. Jeremiah and crew were quickly completing the work in a very timely manner with all of the work being completed in less than 3 hours.

Bactronix Corp was highly professional from the initial phone call to book the cleaning to the technicians, Bob and Bret, who came to the house. The process was explained in detail before I committed and then was explained by both technicians throughout the morning as they performed the cleaning. The technicians were professional, very friendly, showed and explained the cleaning methods they were using in different vents, were considerate of keeping the outside cold air contained in the basement, and did not create any mess in my home. I would highly recommend using Bactronix and Bob and Bret to clean out your vents and furnace!

Called Bactronix for air duct and dryer cleaning. Chris was very thorough at explaining exactly what the air duct cleaning process would entail from beginning to end. Able to schedule in short period of time. Team arrived promptly. Bob, Bret and Ernesto were all friendly, courteous, informative, polite and took great care laying down mats to protect surfaces and cleaning up after done and keeping us informed of how the process was going. They shared before/after pictures of the work done. Our dryer had been running hot and I was very concerned vent clogged or problem with dryer but it has now been running fine with no issues since they cleaned. Great team and happy with service. Chris even offered us a $100 off coupon before I had a chance to ask about discount. Our price did seem much higher than most other reviews here, but assuming based on size of our home. Thank you!

I emailed several places and they called me within the hour to talk me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything in my own terminology. Their prices were super competitive that it was a no brainer to scheduled them on the spot without other comparisons. My technicians Bob and Bret were super friendly and were very professional. Left no mess, updated me when needed and gave me advice on how to keep it clean throughout the years until the next recommended service. Overall we are very pleased and will be coming back to them for future HVAC Cleaning needs!

The technicians were on time, very professional, nice to our granddaughter who was curious to what they were doing, and they cleaned up when they finished. Very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

Perfect service and professional! Jeremiah and Zac helped greatly to resolve the dryer vent issue by accessing it from attic. Accessing it from outside would have been more difficult due to high elevation.
