We engaged Bactronix for a/c, furnace duct cleaning and washer dryer vent cleaning. The technicians from Bactronix (Shawn, Glenn and Dylan) did a fantastic job. There were no surprises, be it the estimation on the overall price quoted OR time it took to get the work completed. Shawn and team took time to explain to us the process involved in great detail and also suggested on how we could DIY some basic activities. Highly recommend this team.

Electronics came in and did a great job at doing the multimediation very professional they were in and out within the time that they had a lot of the work was done well it's very pleased with everything that was done

We had a wonderful experience with Bactronix from the initial call to the office to set up a meeting with Doug Kleitz, who tested and discussed how to eliminate the mold and pet odor found in a home we were purchasing. Doug was very knowledgeable and informed us of all of our options. We next met Matt and Kevin who were the mold remediation team, they did an excellent job and went above and beyond to help us eliminate a pet odor in the home. Carlos and Frank were the next team that came to complete the air duct cleaning, they removed and hand washed each vent cover, and provided more options to expel any lingering odors in the home. Carlos took the time to take a picture to show us the before and after of the air ducts. We are extremely satisfied with the service we were provided and highly recommend Bactronix.

Bactronix is an excellent company. I have had them to my home for mold remediation and, more recently for air duct cleaning, bathroom exhaust and dryer exhaust cleaning. The personnel is extremely helpful, polite, and pleasant, especially Chris and James. Glenn and Shawn--the technicians--were quite efficient and explained everything clearly. They were also quite pleasant and made the entire experience easy, rather than a hardship. I would highly recommend Bactronix to anyone in need of such services.

Carlos, Frank and Dylan did a great job with cleaning our home's duct work and dryer vents. They were on time both days (even a bit early, which we appreciated!), they worked hard to keep everything clean and neat, and they kept us informed every step of the way with photos and helpful explanations. We were so impressed with them that we already scheduled a follow-up cleaning at the recommended time. We highly recommend this company (and especially this crew). A hat tip too, to general manager Paul Wyble, who knows this business inside and out and explained the process accurately and in great detail. He was an outstanding communicator, and had thoughtful, informed answers for every question we had.

We had Carlos and Frank from Bactronix clean our duct work. This was the first time since owning our home for 32 years that we had this done so we did not know what to expect. Carlos and Frank were efficient, clean and very professional. They worked very well together to get everything done. They explained everything they were doing as they went along and were very friendly as well. When they left there was not a trace of them being here. We would hire them again.

The Excellent Bactronix team of Bob, Damon and Zane provided duct cleaning services at our home today and we couldn't be more pleased with the results or the group performing the work. The men were very professional, courteous, consciences and respectful of our home, answering every question, concern and providing detailed demonstration of the work taking place. Bactronix was very quick to respond to my request for service. They were able to put me on the schedule for January 2nd, when I had only first spoken to them on New Years Eve. Carlos, Frank, and Dylan showed up right on time and handled everything wonderfully. They were very professional, yet also very friendly, and gladly answered any questions I had.

Bob and Damon were excellent they explained every step of the way and were very professional with giving as a A+ experience.

Vince and Dylan came in today for a mold removal job. They were ten minutes early and very courteous and professional. They finished the job an hour early and left clear instructions and expectations. I also learned about their odor removal services and will certainly be having them back!

The techs, Donte and Jeremiah, were on time, efficient, very pleasant, professional, and kept the mess to a minimum.

Techs called to say they would arrive 15 minutes later than expected, which was appreciated. They showed up at that time. They completed the work with minimal disruption and were very courteous and helpful.

Shawn and John came by within a week of me calling to schedule a duct cleaning. Both were exceptionally professional and polite as they worked. The entire service took about 3 hours. I promptly received before and after photos once they were finished,.They did a great job and I would recommend the duo to anyone!

Jeremiah and Dante arrived on time, were very courteous and accommodating to our needs (we kept our three cats in a separate room while they worked), and were diligent when assessing and cleaning our home's duct work. We have an older home and it seems that the duct work had never been cleaned - it was very dirty! We could see from the photos that they did a fantastic job cleaning and treating it. After using a coupon, the job cost us about $700 -- money very well spent. Thank you!

The Bactronix team did a wonderful job for us. The two man team was thorough and neat. Our home is about 47 years old and has seen its share of pets, renovations and dirt over the years. They provided before and after pictures. I am glad we didn’t cut corners on this.
