Mr. Waterheater

This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a service provider. Called other plumbers; some did not respond. Called Mr. WH this morning. Workers arrived within about 1.5 hours, even though this was not an "emergency". Price quoted was exactly price paid. Crew was friendly, clean, professional.

He was there on time. Explained the installation and answered any questions I had. Cleaned up afterwards. very professional. Sorry I did not include review earlier. It's been a very busy year and very seldom do reviews.

I called Mr. Waterheater shortly after opening on Friday & had a hot water tank installed by 3:00pm. The knowledgeable phone representative (John) was polite and informative. He helped setup my appointment, gave me a two-hour window, and answered all of my questions. The installers phoned 20 minutes prior to arriving and went straight to work removing my old tank. Both gentlemen were polite, respectful, and did an excellent job with the installation. The price was great and I feel the value was equally good for the level of service. They even sealed my exhaust duct and removed the old tank! Top notch quality!

Can't say enough good things about this company. On 7/9 I discovered a puddle under the existing tank that the previous homeowner had installed by Mr Waterheater back in 1994. I checked their rating on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. They even offered to come out the same day but I was working and so asked if they could come today and they agreed. The guys called me to provide a 1 hr window for arrival and arrived promptly. They were very friendly and completed the replacement within 45 minutes. There were no surprises and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. They even honored the $10 coupon that was on the original tank. Could not be more pleased and I already recommended them to my brother who lives next door and is in the market for a replacement tank. Great job!

There were extremely professional and prompt, they were here within 24 hours. They were polite, they cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job quickly. The price was exactly what the quote us beforehand. It was a really good experience.

Repairman was prompt. Tried to explain things to my wife only after she asked him. Removed expansion tank without asking her. Had to put it back after she told him we would replace it ourselves.

A representative was able to arrive to perform the service sooner than expected, was thorough, provided instruction, efficiently replaced the old water heater with a new one, explained new compliance codes, had all material needed, cleaned up everything thoroughly, appeared to be very knowledgeable and was very personable. An all around Great Job!

Mr. Waterheater responded to my message right away and scheduled a visit during one of the times I had requested. As promised, Mr. Waterheater called about 45 minutes before arriving during the 12-4 window. The worker looked over the current water heater and set-up. He informed us about several issues that were up to us to add to the work order but not necessary for completion of the water heater installation. We chose to go ahead with 2 out of the 3 issues which increased the cost of the estimate by about $120. The worker said he would be about an hour and a half. He finished up as predicted, cleaned the area, and took payment. The job was done, and that's what we needed.

I left a message for the company in the morning explaining the issue and received a call back within an hour. A technician came out the same day and replaced the faulty sensor, which was still under warranty. I was very pleased with the service.

Jake from Mr Waterheater showed up right on time with all the pieces, parts and tools needed to replace my leaking rusted old water heater. He was professional and knew exactly what to do. Jake replaced the old water fittings and replaced the old exhaust vent stack with a new one that fit a lot better than the old, making it safer for venting the Carbon Monoxide exhaust up the chimney. 45 minutes later the new water heater was completely installed and tested for leaks. . The cost was very reasonable and the quality of Jake's work was excellent. Thank you Jake! My wife can take her shower now...

I called the day before to request an estimate and to schedule a new water heater. I was told that they could install one the next morning. The two installers came, removed my old water heater, installed the new water heater, and took the old one away (at my request). They typically charge $10 to haul away, but by using my Angie's List coupon ($10) it cost me nothing extra. The two installers(Conner and Jake) were very professional, efficient, and happy to address any questions that I had. The ball valve was installed to replace a leaking older valve. The extra $45 cost to purchase and install this was, however, in my opinion, a little high. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and hope that the new water heater works fine for many years to come.

Originally had Mr. Waterheater in 2004 install 50 gallon tank. Time for a new one. Called, they came next day. Had new tank installed. Very courteous, nice and punctual. Took old tank, only left box new tank came in - easy enough to dispose of.

Service was awesome. They kept their appointment as planned, efficiently did the removal and new tank installation and then recommended I reduce my water pressure as I was at 100psi in my home. While the extras seemed a bit pricey, I feel like I was sold what I truly needed and not upsold for the benefit of the company.

Received next day service. My existing waterheater is over 16 years old and located in an upstairs bedroom, so I wanted to proactively replace it. While this was not an emergency, there are new federal regulations taking place on 4/13/15 (next week) that will increase the size of the waterheater by 2 inches and increase the price by approximately 30%, so they wanted to be sure to get to me while they still had the old style waterheater in stock. They scheduled next day service and then called at 8:30 am to tell me to expect them between 10:15 and 12:15 and he arrived at 11 am. They were efficient and kept me well updated with where they were in the overall process. Very pleased and would use them again and recommend them.

Our last one had lasted 15 years and they have a good warranty on it. Their professionalism and service were excellent. They came quickly. They removed the old tank and disposed of it where they should. They put in a new one and cleaned up any dirt or any changes that they had made. The last time I bought one was 15 years ago and the price was a lot different.

It went great. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgable. I was glad they found the leak even if it cost me more money to have my chimney relined. They only problem i had was when i called i told them i also wanted my main shut off replaced also. I was told they could do that but the techs that came out and said they were not able to do that. Other than that it was a nice easy experience.

They called the morning of the install (8:05AM) and gave me a 2 hr. window. (10am till noon) He showed about 11:30 and went to work and installed the tank. He recommended new extension pipe because mine was copper and there was a conflict with having 2 metals which I agreed to. I think the whole thing took about 1 1/2 hrs. or so. So far everything's working OK. The man was very friendly and congenial I might add.

Call Friday afternoon to get appointment to replaced 13 year old water heater before new federal standards go into effect in April. Mr. Waterheater scheduled install very next day. They called in the morning as promised and arrived on time. Installer was polite and professional. Quoted prices for additional items but did pressure me to add them. Work was completed in 2 hours. Would use them again in a second.

We realized that our water heater was leaking at 10pm. I called the local office to see if I could hear their hours and they have an actual answering service. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning at 11pm that night. It was fantastic. The repair/installation man was there on time and the estimate that I received on the phone the night before was almost identical to the actual cost of the replacement and installation.

Was here on time, got the job done cleaned up and left. That's all I could ask for!

They were later than expected because they had to travel across town at rush hour. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were helpful and professional and we were happy with the result and the quick response we got from the company.

Everything went great. I was quoted 1150 - 1200 and they replaced the water heater next day right on point with their quote. There was a $10 fee for removal of the old tank (well worth it). They also charged me some labor to install a new expansion tank that I had purchased for my system. Over all I was thrilled with the service. I will certainly rely on them for any plumbing needs going forward. Additionally, I had several quotes ranging from 1150 - 2650 and they were the only company to ask about my current furnace BTU output. Based on my needs they had two recommendations and I feel that they helped me get to the best solution for my needs. The exact model I was quoted for was quoted with another company for $250 more than Mr. Waterheater. You can be confident in using them!

He was real pleased with him. They're real quick. They were reasonable and they knew what they were doing. Everything was very good.

It went very well. They were very timely. It was convenient to schedule remotely.

Very professional service. Responsive, punctual and good quality. Charged the same price as they quoted when Iinitially contacted them.
