Quick and efficient. So convenient that they regularly work Saturdays without you having to pay an additional fee, because our tank decided to go on Friday night. Heard from them right at 7am and they were here by 10:15 and had the work done in such a timely fashion.

I called for a potential quote at 9:30 in the morning and had a new water heater in place by 1:30 the same afternoon. Mr Waterheater has an actual person answer the phone who has knowledge about replacing water heaters. I was able to provide him information over the phone such as model and serial number of my existing water heater along with a picture of where our water heater is located. He was able to take that information and develop a quote to perform the supply and installation of a new one. Within a couple of hours there were two installers at my home and within another two hours the heater was completely installed. The installation was very professional and they cleaned up the area completely before leaving. I would highly recommend MrWaterHeater to anyone in need of a new or replacement water heater.

Based on this information, they gave me an exact price I would have to pay; I really appreciated the clarity in this process and the fairness in their price. They were able to offer a same-day service and the compnay called me an hour before their arrival to let me know I should be expecting them. The workers were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They were very knowledgable in their work and did not try to press for extra services. They were efficient and prompt in installing the heater even though the installation site was pretty crowded. They cleaned up the area thoroughly before they left. In summary, I had a superb experience with this company and would highly recommend to anyone that needs water heater installation.

Someone was at my house the next day. He was polite and courteous and made sure he followed the safety precautions for covid-19. He installed the water heater and had my hot water back on in less than an hour. This company is definitely my go to if I have any problems with my hot water heater.

Very prompt response. Waterheater stared leaking Friday night. Sent them a message at around midnight, got a call Saturday morning, had a new water heater installed before Saturday noon.

The North Versailles location answers their phone with “hello”. I thought I had the wrong number until I asked, “Is this Mr. Waterheater?” That office doesn’t install tankless hot water heaters. They suggested I call the Greensburg location. When I called Greensburg, they informed me that they require a preliminary estimate visit which costs $130. We said, “No thank you,” and lined up three more estimates from other companies, at no charge for any of them.
