Our water heater broke on a Saturday morning. I called Mr. Waterheater at 10:30am, and they had someone at our house at 12:30pm. They were professional and prompt, and there was no extra charge because it was a Saturday. The price was fair and I can't emphasize enough how nice it was to get same-day service. Overall it took a little over an hour to remove our old water heater and install the new one.

Easy to make an appointment. The technician was on time and efficient.

They called in the morning and gave me a time frame from 11:30 to noon. They arrived at about 11:45AM. The work only took about an hour and they were done by 12:45.

Came same day called. Replaced pressure relief tank. Charged $50 extra due to tight space. Did a good job

Great service from my first call to the installation of the Waterheater. Price was way cheaper than the one I got from one of those big plumbing/heating/electric companies

Company responded quickly and installed the heater efficiently. There was a problem with the air flue that I had to call a chimney company to repair since Mr. Waterheater company does not do that sort of work. But the Mr. Waterheater company did their job as promised. I had surveyed several companies re pricing and all similar to Mr. Waterheater. Adding in the cost of the chimney repair, the whole project cost at least double what I expected!

Installer seemed very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. I was there throughout the process which was simple and straight forward - no problems - no extra parts. His only misstep was not turning the electricity back on when he left (human error - maybe a "B"). Why the "F"? I was presented with an non-itemized bill for $675 NOT $619.97 (plus an additional $12 for a drip pan my wife wanted) and WITHOUT the Angie's coupon being deducted coupon - I pointed this out to the Installer and he adjusted it to $621.97. Then why the "F" and not a "D"? Thereafter, I received an irate, insulting, irresponsible, imaginary, slanderous and almost incoherent phone call from Scot, where he did not want to listen to me, telling me Mr. Waterheater will not do warranty work on the heater they had just installed.

They arrived at the scheduled time. John the plumber was very professional, The work was done in a very time manner, the area was completely cleaned up after work was completed. John was very good to explain what was being done and demonstrating the new water heater. Talking to Scott to make appointment and getting an estimate was an easy task. Highly recommend Mr WaterHeater. Their estimate was exactly what the charges were and they were half the price of any other service that would provide an estimate,

The water heater in my house started leaking. Found Mr. Waterheater right here on Angie's List and called them based on the current reviews. They gave me a quote over the phone and were able to do the job the same day. They arrived on-time and completed the work in under two hours. You cannot even tell that they were in my home.

This company was professional and courteous. The guys arrived on time and said it would take about an hour. Surprisingly, they were done in half an hour. There were no hidden fees. The price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone.

The guy was on time and did the what was expected. I thought the price was a little high, but we did need a new pipe to get it up to code and got the infamous expansion tank. I didn't think of it until it was too late, but I should have looked for a plumber instead of searching for "water heaters". However, I cannot complain about the work or the workman.

I contacted Mr. Waterheater through Angie's List messaging. They promptly responded within the hour and asked me to get the model and serial number of my current heater and call their office. I spoke with John on the phone. He was friendly, polite and professional. I asked about tankless technology and installing a pump system to keep the water hot at the taps without using excess water. John was knowledgeable about both products, but I decided to go with a standard tank. He also worked within my schedule. I stayed on the line with John and was surprised to learn that my tank may still be under warranty, and that Mr. Waterheater was an authorized provider for warranty work. Saved me about $400 or so! The service was scheduled for today. I received a call at work saying they could be there by 3 (the agreed upon time). Shawn and Nick arrived promptly at 3. Both guys were professional and knowledgable. The old unit had collapsed on itself due most likely to being installed without pressurizing the thermal expansion tank. It was explained that I would need to replace both parts. I was doubtful that the warranty would apply, but was pleasantly surprised that it was! The guys cleaned the area, I paid by credit card (a nice convenience) and were on their way. Great service and pleasant experience from start to finish. Great work!

My water heater let loose at 7:20 am today. I called Mr. Waterheater at 8:09 and John answered right away. He asked me the model and serial number of the water heater I have and told me he would call me right back with a time they would be able to get here. At 8:27 John called me back and quoted me the various prices (dependent on years of warranty I wanted) and he told me that they would be here between 10 am and noon. They arrived at 10:47am. Bob the installer work very efficiently and had me up and running in 1 hr. (Took 1/2 hr. to drain water from old tank). I would absolutely recommend Mr. Waterheater to anyone for hot water heater replacement. Thank you John and Bob for your quick response and the professional manner in which my problem was solved. Oh..by the way, I'm also happy that I got a quality Rudd water heater!

I've been using the guys for years and they are wonderful. My last experience was I had one water heater that had failed and the second was about to fail (same install date as failed one). I called them on a Saturday morning and they installed both the same day, at no extra charge for weekend service. I use a lock box on the rental unit, and I didn't even have to show up. Top notch, worry free service, is what I got.

The guy came out and checked our water pressure was too high and we needed a regulator and he added an expansion tank that I didn't approve of. He bundled the prices together without consulting us first. He was not helpful at all.

I realized the night of Sept 2 that our water heater was leaking. I called Mr. Waterheater the morning of the 3rd, and they said they could come out the same day. The person I spoke to on the phone gave me several options for the length of the tank warranty with quotes, and was very pleasant and professional. They worked with me on the timing of the visit, called before they headed over, and installed the new tank quickly. They also checked our pressure regulator and expansion tank (we need replacing; we declined the service at that time because the heater was already an unexpected cost for us, but I intend to call them next month to get the work they recommended done). When they finished, they hauled the old tank away (a $10 extra charge, but they honored the $10 coupon on the old tank, so it was a wash). I was very pleased with their punctuality and professionalism, and would happily call them again.
