The service was good.
Description of Work: I called to get a water heater. The man came out, checked the water heater and I didn't need one. Just needed pilot light re-lit. He cleaned the water heater.

Response from Mr. Waterheater
We received the call to replace the water heater in the morning. We had someone there by about 12pm the same day, and did the entire job for $644.97 (the water heater itself is over $350). We installed a 40 gallon/6 year water heater, updated the gas line to code and installed a new valve for the humidifier line. The only way you could have saved $200 is if someone installed the tank, gas line and valve for free. Mr. Waterheater

Description of Work: Service was provided by the North Versailles PA office. |They replaced our 18 year old waterheater. I called at 7:30 am and the tank was installed and the old one hauled away by 11:30 am. It did cost $10 to haul away the old tank, but worth every penny. Would recommend to everybody.

Description of Work: I feel that the yes/no response to "would you use this provider again in the future" is not complete, there should be a "maybe" option. Overall service was great, cost was a little out of hand as everything seemed to be an additional charge. I honestly do not know that I would use this provider again as I feel local providers would have been substantially lower in cost.

Description of Work: I had a waterheater replaced. The serviceman replaced the waterheater and suggested I have an expansion tank installed. He was very patient and helpful while I determined the need and benefit of adding the tank. Also, at my request, he changed the gas line to the waterheater. He was very professional, prompt and did a nice job of cleaning up when his work was done. He explained how to use the heater controls to my needs. Overall I was very satisfied.
