Mr. Waterheater started in 1981 installing water heaters in Pittsburgh, PA. The winning combination of better than competitive pricing and unparalleled service were used to build a successful specialty plumbing business. Expansion to other markets is the goal of this family owned business with three generations of plumbing professionals. Description of Work: Needed a new water heater. Called Mr. Waterheater and they came 15 minutes later. Friendly, professional and helpful. They sent |2 gentlemen who explained that other parts were necessary. They had them on the truck and fixed everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced Water Heater. Called at 8:00 am and they were at my house by 10:30. Agreed on the price over the phone. The only complaint that I have is that they put tarps down over the carpet, but the bottom of the tarps were dirty and therefore my carpet was stained.

Description of Work: Replaced 50 gallon water heater. The installer was dispatched on the same day I called, and arrived exactly when I was told he would. The job was completed quickly and professionally, and the installer was careful to explain all that he was doing, as well as reviewing the instructions for operating the heater. The price was very reasonable, and exactly as quoted. I would strongly recommend this company for their professionalism, courtesy and quality.

Description of Work: Mr. Waterheater came to my house on a Saturday for a non-emergency waterheater replacement. I planned this work with them a week or two in advance and they were very easy to work with. This company is by far the most inexpensive as I was able to install a 50 gallon 12 year warranty product with them for the same price most other companies charge for a 40 gallon 6 year warranty product. Plan on their final price being ~$45 more than what they quote as they will most likely need to replace a valve which will be more than the quoted price. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with my interactions with this company and I plan to use them for waterheater work going forward as a result. Great work!
