They were good. They came because I needed someone to come in the same day. They did come on the same day and then got it done. They did a good job. They were very professional. They came on the same day when they said they would come. They came on time.

One person came to do this and it took about an hour. He left everything clean and did a great job. They were quick and efficient.

We had just left for vacation when my husband remembered he forgot to turn off the furnace. We returned home and that's when he found our water tank was leaking. I called Mr. Waterheater, explained our vacation situation and they had someone at our house 1 1/2 hrs. later. We were so grateful to them for letting us enjoy a worry free vacation. Thank you Mr. Waterheater.

Called and the replacement crew arrived within 90 minutes on a Saturday morning. Great job and very professional.

The job was scheduled and the installer called as promised in advance during a window of three hours. He was prompt and efficient, however he was messy! I guess it is a messy job, but I didn't expect to have to clean up so much water and debris. The old hot water heater hadn't busted completely, it was a slow leak and we replaced it in an effort to be proactive. We were happy we did so, to avoid a major clean up. The water and debris left behind were more than a mild inconvenience, but nothing too drastic! I would hire this company again.

They did a really good job. Once they shut my main water off they actually came and they checked to make sure that it was working and when I went into my kitchen I didn't get any water and they were already gone and it was coming out real low, but then I called them up and they actually sent somebody out cleaned up my spikes because it was the brine that went into the spikes. When you shut the water off with old pipes sometime you get brine in your pipes when it get turned back on and they went and fixed that and they fixed my spikes and everything. They didn't have to come back but they did and I thought that was really nice of them. It was a good quality. They were here when they said they were going to be here and they were good.

It went excellent and they're very good. They were very professional, came and did the job when they said they would and I would recommend them.

Showed up on time very quick response replaced and hauled away old water heater. Installed new blower water heater everything works good better than the old one.

They came in, put in the new water heater and took the old one out. They were pleasant and efficient. The job did not take that long. They worked in a timely manner.

I called and left a message with the answering service the evening and they returned my call within 10 mins. Made an appt for the next day. They called the first thing in the morning to let me know the time to expect the service man. He arrived on time, introduced himself and explained to me what work was needed and the costs. Installed the water heated in less than an hour. cleaned up, and explained the warranty and bill to me. He was very professional. Thank you Mr Water heater.

I called on Tuesday. They said someone could come out on Wednesday. I requested a time period after 4:00 p.m. due to my work schedule. they said someone would be here between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. I arrived home around 4:15 p.m. and found the truck waiting for me. We immediately went into the home, checked out the old water heater and the technician knew exactly what he wanted and needed from the truck. In exactly one hour the task was completed, the old tank was removed and hauled away, and I signed off on the paperwork.

The two-man team had some difficulty finding our house because they had been given the wrong address - they had the correct house numer but the wrong street. They arrived at the time they said they would - installed the new heater in about an hour-and-a-half, removed the old heater, and were on their way. They were pleasant, efficient, and helpful in explaining what they were doing. We are responsible for disposing of the carton the new heater came in. We replaced a 40 gallon heater whose warranty expired 2 years ago,with a 40 gallon heater with a 10 year warranty. The price was about $200 less than what Home Depot charged us 8 years ago,

Called yesterday morning about a leaking water tank. Was not an emergency situation yet. Was quoted about $500 for tank and installation with a 6-year guarantee. I had received quotes from other companies that were about $800 and up. Was told that I would get a call between 8:00-8:30 the next morning to schedule visit. They requested the model and serial number of the unit I had, so that they could have the proper replacement available. Got call at about 8:20. Scheduled to arrive between 9:00-10:00. Arrived at 9:30. Was advised that I would need to get the water heater replaced, as opposed to any repairs. He explained why. Replacement took about an hour or so. While he was there, I asked about a water pressure regulator that I was suggested several months ago that I should have installed. Mr. Waterheater guy agreed that this was a probable reason why the water tank failed. Installed regulator for $150. His sharp eyes detected a leak in the regulator. Replaced at no charge. Explained why the regulator probably caused the situation in the first place. Suggested that he leave the old water heater on my front yard for the garbagemen to collect, but joked that someone else may pick it up, probably for scrap. Indeed, within a few hours, somebody did. Good - no guarantee that the garbagemen would have taken the trouble to lift that heavy thing into their truck. In summary, an excellent experience. Highly competent plumber. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

|The new heater was neatly installed, much better than the sloppy job that was done when I had this done the last time. The new heater appears to be of much better quality and sufficiently heats the water at a much lower setting than the old one.

Came quickly and on time, did a good job, charged $600 less than Kenihan's proposed.

Would use them again.

We had a leaky blow off valve that needed replaced on a couple year old water heater. The tank was working fine but leaky a small amount of water. The first thing the tech did was pull out the drain pan, pointed to some rust and said the tank was split. I was leaving on a business trip and did not want to leave my wive without hot water. I reluctantly agreed. It was $1200!!! The insult to injury was the $10 off the next water heater coupon! Don't be ripped off like we were!

Removed old water heater, hauled it away for additional $10. Installed 50 gal capacity Bradford White gas water heater and the additional plumbing that was required since the new water heater was shorter than the old one. Took approx. 1.5-2 hrs.

They replaced a water heater that had failed. The water heater failed the day before Thanksgiving; they replaced it the day after Thanksgiving for an extra $100, which I thought was reasonable.

I liked the way they handled everything. They were courteous. They answered all of our questions. Explained thoroughly about the release valve. They were great! I would definitely use them again. I will tell my friends, and people that aren't my friends!

called sunday am, plumber arrived monday am as scheduled, work was quick, professional, and proficient. installed water heater and expansion unit to bring us up to code, did not turn on the water heater as the flue was blocked. Recommended a chimney sweep and cautioned against turning it on before problem was corrected as carbon monoxide would accumulate.

The whole job went well from start to finish. I called for service at 7:45 am, a service call was scheduled for between 10:30 and 12:30, the service man arrived at 11:30 and the job was done by 1:30 that afternoon. Everyone I talked to was courteous and professional. I've use Mr. Waterheater for many years and will continue to do so when we have hotwater tank problems.

Timely service. Called on Monday, they were promptly there on Tuesday as promised. Excellent work, polite, professional and helpful. Their customer service is knowledgeable and helpful. The price is on par for this size of commercial water heater.
