Description of Work: Hot water tank went out last September 2 days before we were leaving for vacation. Called a plumber someone recommended. He couldn't figure out what was wrong! Got frustrated and called Mr Waterheater. Guy came out figured out what was wrong. He did not have the part so he called for another truck that had the part. Guy came out and replaced the heating unit and told us it was covered under our warranty.

Description of Work: I had a tenant call about their hot water heater no longer working. The heater was over 15 years old and clearly needed to be replaced. The tenants just had a baby and needed the replacement installed quickly. Not sure why these things always seem to go wrong on the weekend. Mr.Waterheater had someone to the house within hours and replaced the unit. Landlord was happy (me), tenants were happy.

Description of Work: Excellent service. Showed up right on time. Installation took about an hour and he hauled away the old water heater using a $10 coupon that I had from 13 years ago! As you can see this is the second time that I have used the company and would recommend them to all. Takes the hassle out of the whole project. Installer even took the time to answer my questions about using the new waterheater and showed me the new way to relight the pilot - if necessary. Only left the box from the new waterheater which we will recycle next week. In all a good experience.
