Description of Work: Rick and his brother Dan installed a new bathroom fan, exterior lighting, new lines, switches, and untangled a wiring mess left by a previous contractor. They were very professional, gave us quality work at a fair price. Repaired the plaster where necessary and left the work site cleaner than it was before. Description of Work: We had a very good experience with J.B. I called him April 18 to explain the work we needed done at our house. He called the next day and came out on April 20 to do the estimate. Completed the work on April 29. Very personable and professional. We explained what we wanted done. This included to take out an old lamp post connected to a useless buried cylinder slab of concrete and install a new one. They dug out the slab of concrete, installed the post, and poured new concrete. We also wanted him to replaced and install new outdoor garage light fixtures, install a new front door light fixture where one did not exist before. We also had him replace a flush front porch light with a hanging lantern, and also fixed our doorbell. It was a very labor-intensive job. We purchased all the fixtures beforehand (he purchased the lamp post). J.B. and his two grown sons (family business) arrived promptly and we were just very impressed with their knowledge, personality, and professionalism. They were respectful of our property, explained everything in detail, and treated us very well. I am already planning to have outdoor accent lighting installed over the summer and J.B. will be the only one I call to do the work

Description of Work: Installed new 150 amp service wire 40 circuit breaker panel. Installed 2.5 " conduit pipe extending 4" above roof line. Installed new service cable, update grounding with 2 8" ground rods. New ground on water meter. All work inspected.
