Two project managers and air installer showed up on time, installed and sealed all windows one day 1, finish trim and installed doors on day 2. Treated us great and our home like it was theirs (carpet tape before and vacuumed everything up after wards).

I was pleased from the initial contact with Chad the consultant to the project & the installation team of Jeff Herb Jeamian & Tril. The project MGR & consultant were accurate in describing the entire process of what the project on installation day. The installers ware on time, courteous, the team knows their product & are accurate in completing the job.

This is the second time we used Energy Swing Windows. We had them install six Windows on the front of the house two years earlier. In both cases the process was the same. Chris Saxton first comes to the house to give an estimate and complete the paperwork. Then Jeff comes the next week and takes final measurements and reviews all aspects of the job. After the windows and frames are manufactured (4-6 weeks), the installers complete the job. Everyone is very professional and shows a genuine interest in making sure the customer is satisfied. One of the windows had the wrong grid pattern. No problem, it was corrected within a week. Energy Swings' prices are a bit higher than sone other companies, but their quality and service can't be beat.

It was around ten years ago that they put in all of our windows. It was in the Spring. It went very good. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything. I mean I had no mess. I have 7 regular windows and a bay window put in.

Jermiah and Eric were efficient and friendly. They installed the door and removed all debris from the area.

We had some windows installed last year from Energy Swing and finished with the remaining windows this year. Chris Saxton was our salesman both times. He was very helpful in advising us on our choice of windows. For the second installation, he came to the house prepared with our information from the previous installation. He was punctual and professional for both installations. Installation was within a couple of weeks from the purchase agreement. Chris Saxton, client consultant, came to our house and explained construction of Energy Swing Windows. He measured and worked on an estimate. He gave suggestions and even returned a few times to show me how the wood framed Windows would look.Then we approved the estimate and Jeff Blank came to remeasure and finalize our custom order. In less than 3 weeks, our beautiful Custom vinyl casement windows were done and we scheduled installation. The job could not have gone any more smoothly. 4 installers covered my carpeting with plastic and proceeded to do their jobs with precision and professionalism. They were polite, respectful and ready to answer all of my questions and concerns. They worked carefully and had the entire job done in less than 2 days. They thoroughly cleaned each window and vaccumed every area to remove any installation debris. They were very personable and seemed to enjoy what they were doing as they sang while they worked, much to my amusement. We were asked to go along on the final inspection to make sure every detail was addressed to our approval. It was a wonderful experience and the windows are perfect. We are proud to show them off!

The installers arrived at the appointed time, each one of them introduced themselves and immediately went to work. They worked quickly but did top quality work. They were cheerful and obviously enjoyed each other's company and truly worked as a TEAM. As they worked, they were diligent in cleaning up after themselves. Before they left, they made sure I understood how to properly operate and care for my new windows. That TEAM is welcome in my home at any time!

Arrived within time frame, went right to work, were done with both windows within 3 hours.

We contacted Energy Swing for an estimate. Chris, their sales consultant, contacted us and we set a date. Chris arrived on time. He called the house from the driveway to verify that it was OK to come in. We talked about what we wanted, Chris performed a walkthrough of the home, took some preliminary measurements, and then we discussed options. Chris explained the Energy Swing Window process is for him, to take our information and prepare an estimate, meet with us a second time, and for one of their installers to take the final accurate measurements. We meet with Chris a week later and the installer took the measurements. We signed the contract and set an approximate installation date. Chris sent us a follow up letter thanking us and providing more information on the next steps. A representative contacted us to arrange the installation date. The company scheduled three days for the work. The installers arrived on time, introduced themselves, and explained their plan for the installation. They went right to work. They removed the old windows and set the new ones in place the first day. The installers moved some furniture as needed, removed some brackets for the blinds (they replaced the brackets and re-hung the blinds). The second day the installers completed the exterior work on the windows and installed the backdoor, storm door, and the garage access door. The installers did an excellent job of cleaning up and removing all materials. We completed the paperwork. They completed the job in two days.

We had contacted Energy Swing in the past to get estimate on new windows for our home. Then we got our income tax bill and knew that we could not afford windows and be able to pay our taxes. Then we come home to bullet in our living room window. We then called energy swing to have this one window replaced. Everyone from the salesman Chris to the installers were courteous ,punctual and provided great professionalism. Chris went above and beyond to talk to our homeowners insurance company and explained exactly what was needed. We would absolutely use this company again!

The windows are fantastic quality. The workers were great. They cleaned up well and were prompt. We are very pleased.

My husband and I were looking to replace our old windows, but wanted something easier to clean. We went to the Home Show at Pittsburgh Mills in Tarentum, PA and found Energy Swing Windows. We were intrigued because they literally swing in, which makes them easy to clean, but we were skeptical of how energy efficient they would be. We scheduled an appointment for the sales rep, Donnie Darragh, to come to our home to give us more details. Donnie was very informative, and we found out these windows are manufactured locally in Murrysville; we ordered eight windows and trim that day. Donnie stated if there was a specific stain color we wanted for the trim work, to purchase it and give it to Jeff when he came to take the final measurements. One week later, Jeff, came out to take exact measurements of our window openings and to pick up the stain I purchased. We received a call to schedule the installation of our windows two weeks after Jeff came to take the measurements We scheduled the installation on April 27, 2015. The day of the installation, we had Jeff, Eric, Jeremiah, Herb and Justin came to our home at 8:30 am and were done by 3:00 pm. This installation included removing the old windows and trim, installation of the new windows and trim and cleanup as they went along. They were AMAZING! The crew was very efficient and the quality of work was exceptional. Jeff went over how to work the windows and went over the warranty with us. In mid May, my husband noticed one of the windows was not sealed completely. I called Energy Swing Windows and they sent someone out the same day; I was VERY impressed with this. Energy Swing installed all new windows in our home 12 years ago. They did an exceptional job. When someone says Lifetime Guarantee, I'm always a little skeptical. Recently I was cleaning the windows and a few plastic clips snapped. I called Energy Swing and they immediately made arrangements to repair the windows and check all the others. Amazing! We then decided to consider replacing storm doors in the house. Energy Swing explained the value of their product (considering the price) compared to local lumber yards and box stores and I was aware of the quality of their work based on the window installation. We have 5 doors in our home and they suggested we only replace 3 doors since 2 were used infrequently. This, in itself, was unusual. Usually you are pressured into buying more, not fewer! The doors were ordered and installed. They are absolutely beautiful and dramatically enhance the appearance of our home. They are well built, substantial, and perfectly installed... with no trace of mess left behind. I highly recommend Energy Swing...with no reservations.

I would summarize my experience with Energy Swing Windows(ESW) as follows: 1. After researching vinyl replacement windows for the past 2 years, I could not find a better quality vinyl window than the ESW window. In my opinion, the majority of vinyl windows I compared were inferior in one way or another although there were a couple that were pretty close. While it is probably a matter of personal taste, I really prefer the "swing in" window rather than the "tilt in" window from other manufacturers. 2. The ESW marketing representative was the most prepared and knowledgeable of any company that I considered. He understood several installation related concerns that I had and addressed these concerns and how they would be handled in a very detailed written proposal. 3. Their installation crew was professional. It took them about 1.5 days to install 12 windows. The crew was friendly and polite and worked diligently during the time they were in my home. They cleaned up all dirt and debris and left our home as neat and clean as it was before they arrived. 4. One concern I had is that the installation crew decided without any prior discussion or approval from me to change the method of installing the exterior window trim from the method presented by them and agreed to by me in their written proposal. Their installation manager has assured me that the alternate technique they used will be as secure and weather-tight as the technique outlined in their proposal. It has only been about a month but I have not noticed any problem so far resulting from the unilateral change they made. 5. The windows really look great. They are much nicer than the original windows and add a nice aesthetic touch to the exterior of my home. All in all, it was a good experience. My wife and I are happy with the new windows and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Our sales person from day one,Chris Saxton is very thorough,very helpeful& never ignores a call. A very trust worthy company that really sticks to their word,doesn't take your money& run,not many company's out there are like that today,at least we haven't found them,you get what you pay for,to us it was worth a few extra dollars. They were good. They don't use contractors. Their installers were good. The windows, the quality is good. The salesperson was good. Everything was positive with the experience. I would use them again.

They were great to deal with from start to finish. This was a major purchase but you just don't buy "cheap" when making improvements such as this. I researched companies online and talked to family members and friends to find some companies that I felt would offer good quality windows at an affordable price. I contacted two of the companies and scheduled estimates. With Energy Swing, we showed up without an appointment at the showroom on a Saturday. Donnie took us on a tour of the shop and showed us how the windows were made. We liked what we saw and scheduled an estimate for the upcoming week along with the other well know companies...one quoted $22000.00 and the other started at $8000.00 and then magically worked it down to $5000.00. They both left me feeling very uneasy about doing any business with them. Energy Swing came in right about in the middle of the estimates. Even though it was still a considerable purchase, it was one I was comfortable with. On a funnier note...I told all the companies that I needed to replace 14 windows. They all came in a took measurements...went to every window...only Donnie from Energy Swing pointed out that the count was 15 - not 14. No one else bothered to double check the number of windows that they measured. If they can miss that, what else can they miss? Energy Swing offers a great, quality product with a warranty that cant be beat. Everyone from the owners down to the installers were very friendly and eager to please. I really felt that they appreciated my business. I will gladly recommend them to anyone!
