Contacted Energy Swing Windows from a brochure we received in the mail the reviews we read. Was especially interested in a company that installed using their own employees. From the original meeting with Donnie through the installation by Tony and Dale we were 100% satisfied. Easy to work with. Kept informed throughout the project. Could not be happier with the new sliding door from our family room to the deck. I would highly recommend them for any door or window project one might have.

We are extremely pleased with the Energyswing company. We purchase windows in 2002 with a lifetime warranty. The seals on a few of the windows failed as could be expected after 22 years. They honor their warranty and have replaced all the failed units free of charge. They are totally professional and efficient in their work. We highly recommend this company.

From start to finish service was excellent! Donnie assisted with choosing the door. Could see the final projection right on computer, that was a huge help. The office kept us updated on install date, and worked with us to meet our needs. Steve and Dale were very neat, professional and personable. The job was very thorough. We love the door and are getting many good compliments! Have replaced windows with energy swing in the past and have always been extremely satisfied with all of their products and service. Highly recommend Energy Swing!

The experience was great from first contact to execution. Donnie was our salesman and he came with all the information we needed to select the right doors and options, price and plan it, and make a decision on the spot. The price wasn't the cheapest, but the result was worth it Energy Swing Windows only sells and installs ProVia doors, which are custom made and handcrafted in a modern factory located in Amish country in Northeast Ohio, so their craftsmanship is top notch. The doors arrived more quickly than Donnie estimated, and we had our new doors installed yesterday less than a month after ordering,. The installers were on time, did quality work, and were done (including cleaning up all the interior and exterior areas) in reasonable time for the quality work that they did. And the finished product looked better than the samples and the pictures! My first thought when I saw the doors from the outside was "these doors have already paid for themselves in resale value alone." And from the inside, the new doors let in light and showcase the entrance so well that it seems like a new house.

We liked the overall experience. We mainly appreciated that the installers were employees of the company and so the company knows them. They seemed honest and thorough. The windows were a little on the expensive side, but the peace of mind that came with having no subcontractors involved, who would be less vested in the work, made the difference. I like the windows themselves also. The only thing I really didn't like was the pricing structure. They came twice to give us an estimate. First to talk and measure, then again with prices. I would set up that meeting after you have gotten all your other bids, and be prepared to make a decision, because you get a special price for signing that day (which I believe they told us that ahead of time, so it wasn't a surprise that would happen). It's a little gimmicky, but we are still really happy we went with them. We definitely would hire them again.

On time. Laid down carpets, Got to work. Project done in less than 4 hours. Very nice. Very neat. Removed old patio door and cleaned up.

One of the 3 companies to quote project only one that was no pressure. Said that they would arrive At 8:00 & started at 8:05/100% satisfied.

SALES REP WAS AVERY INFORMATIVE AND TOOK THE TIME TO DETERMINE EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT AND OUR FRONT DOOR AREA WAS SPOTLESS BOTH INSIDE AND OUT WHEN THEY LEFT.

This is the 2nd installation by energy swing. I was so pleased with their work I had them do this 2nd job. In all they have installed 6 doors for me.

Everything went well. Our two installers around within the time frame they said they would. They worked well together. They made sure we knew everything about our doors before they left and thoroughly cleaned up the work site.

This was my 3rd purchase from Energy Swing. Everyone has been professional, on time! Courteous and knowledgeable.
