This is the second time we used Energy Swing and I would highly recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Arrived every day on time and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. Actually when working inside the house they do their best to keep dust and dirt to a minimum. We have some more windows to replace and I plan to stay with Energy Swing

The sales person was excellent to work with and willing to do anything we needed including throwing in some needed gutter work pro bono. Unfortunately we chose to go with another company since the price difference would take us 17 years to recoup the energy savings and would do little for resale value. We chose a company that promised the same service at 1/4 the price. We know we are not getting the same quality but they should look great.

. Eric, Cory and John did great work on the roof, showing every day promptly at 7:30 AM and working steadily until 3:00 PM until the job was complete. After completion, they cleaned up the yard, picking up all debris, nails, etc.. They completed the job in the time frame promised and every day when they left, they made sure that the roof was protected from any rain. Upon completion, Eric walked me around the house, explaining what they had done, including reinstalling my gutter guards, which they had to remove to install the roofing shingles. All debris was placed in a dumpster furnished by them. Also Chris Saxton, the Sales Consultant, was prompt in his response for an estimate for the job, and was very thorough in his explanation of the work to be done. All in all, I am very satisfied with ESW,s work and the resulting product.

My husband and I recently hired Energy Swing Windows, Inc. to install windows and entry doors in our home. We are very pleased we did so! The entire experience, from when we visited their office and manufacturing floor to the final day of installation, was smooth and hassle-free. In the process of considering Energy Swing Windows, we decided to stop in and visit their office since they are located so close to our home. We met Stephen Rennekamp, the president, and Donald Darragh, the vice president. They were both respectful, kind, and NON-HIGH pressure. Despite the fact that they soon had to leave to attend a meeting in which they were going to be awarded for their excellent service, they took time to talk with us and listen to us. Donny even gave us a tour of the manufacturing floor where all the windows are made. The area was neat and orderly, and the tour was very informative. We filled out a postcard in order to receive additional information about their company and their windows. Two days later, we received information in the mail. This type of quick response was par for the course! We made an appointment for them to come and give us an estimate for the work we wanted done. They came within a week during a time that was convenient for us. We discussed with Donny what we wanted. He measured for the windows and doors. He then said he would take all the information he gathered from us regarding our particular job and meet with his staff to determine how they could best meet our needs. There was no costs discussed at this meeting nor was there pressure to buy. The following week we met with Donny again. He laid out the benefits of Energy Swing Windows and discussed with us the ProVia doors that they install. We were then given the price for the job and three payment options. Again, there was no pressure. In fact, there seemed a genuine desire on his part for us to be comfortable with our decision and to not feel forced into a decision. A few days later, a different man came to our house and took measurements of our windows and doors. They definitely follow the motto: "Measure twice, cut once." Within two weeks after that, the job was underway. They said it would be a three day job. It was. They said they would arrive at 8:00 and be there till 3:30. They were. Four men came each of the three days and installed 12 windows, 2 screen doors, and 2 entry doors. They were all clean, polite, and hard-workers. They seemed genuinely to enjoy their work and to enjoy working together. They came in, did their work, and cleaned up everything when they left. Except for the red carpet which they laid out in our living room to protect our floor, they left nothing in or around our house during the entire job. They were completely professional and trustworthy! One minor mistake was made. They installed for us a strangely shaped multi-sided bathroom window. Rather than a frosted glass window, which we had ordered, they installed a clear glass window. I told them of the situation shortly after seeing that the window was clear glass and not frosted. They were very apologetic. Since it was a unique window, it was a special order. They special ordered another window, this time frosted. Within a week, they were back out to fix the issue and within an hour they had the clear glass removed and the frosted one installed. They admitted they made a mistake and quickly corrected the problem. We love our new windows and doors. They are top quality! So is Energy Swing Windows! They are a professional top-notch company. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Eight years ag we checked out contractors. Picked Energy Swing for total window replacement. Were very satisfied so we got them for our roof. Our next prokect is vertical siding on front of house. They were very friendly and professional.

I am totally satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship. They were one time and the quality of their work was excellent. They were courtious and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

There is a lifetime warranty on the windows by the company which was one of the reasons why we went with them, they were very professional, they were very clean, and they cleaned up everything really nicely. I really would have gone with them again for my rental house, but in fact, I didn't want anything that good.

The attention to detail that each and every member of their teams provided was above and beyond any expectations. From the sales group to the actual work crew we could not be more pleased with everything. The room is perfect and beautiful! I feel they treated us as if they were completed a project for themselves. I do not think they could have done a better job! There was nothing left behind, nothing for us to clean up, nothing left to do except enjoy!I cannot say enough about Energy Swing Windows!

We could never say enough about this company,we have used Energy Swing since June 2005,for windows,doors,a covered porch&deck,we wish every person or company that had ever done work for us had the friendly,knowledgeable people,installers&company ethics that Energy Swing stands by. We have never met anyone like Chris S. our sales rep from the very beginning&from then on,we knew this was a company we could trust,then&now. They really take pride in what they do,from beginning to end,in there work,clean up&pleasing you in every way. If they ran into any problems,they took care of it at there expense,not ours. The experience was perfect overall. Their customer service is excellent; they go out of their way to make sure the customer is informed of both the product and the service call. They're just a very professional company.

The quote was for $1700, which I thought was high. I had received five other estimates. However, they were very professional and punctual. They were also very courteous and friendly. They knew their products. Even my neighbors have used them. I would consider using them again in the future depending on their pricing.

From the first phone call to the completion of the project, the Energy Swing team was exceptional. This is the second time I've used Energy Swing. The first time they replaced all the other windows in the house and added outside shutters in the front. While they seemed to be expensive initially, the quality of the workmanship, the quality of the product, and the warranty are worth the price. Beyond that, I have not had the kind of customer service anywhere that I've experienced at Energy Swing; regardless of who answers the phone or who responds to the question, they go out of their way to assist you.

Things went well except for one employee who botched up some trim on the picture window and it was promptly fixed by Chris. The employee was gone immediately due to his failure to work according to company policy. A few little minor problems were fixed immediately. All work was done to fit our schedule.

The salesman left a message for me when I was at work; I returned his call a few days later and was forwarded to the salesman. He told me that the off-the-record estimate was pretty close, and said that their company was usually pricier than others. I asked how much the work would cost, and he wouldn't give me an exact figure. I guess he figured that we couldn't afford it. Bad business move- a year later, we have now saved the money and are ready to purchase. I will be receiving estimates from several companies, but definitely not from Energy-Swing.

My overall experience with Energy Swing Windows was absolutely great. From Jenny, who I met in an Energy Swing Windows booth at a craft show where she was giving information about the company, to Bob Kubic, the Client Consultant, to Steve, who came to measure the windows, to Herb and Shannon who installed the windows, every one of them professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, honest people. There were NO high pressure sales tactics with this company. I highly recommend Energy Swing to anyone needing windows. You can go on a Saturday to tour the manufacturing area where everything is shown to you and demonstrated and you can see the windows being made. This is a company that uses EMPLOYEES; NO SUB-CONTRACTORS!! That's a huge plus in my opinion. I will definitely be purchasing more new windows in the Spring from Energy Swing. I look forward to working with everyone again.

COST WAS REASONABLE. COMPARED WITH OTHERS BUT SERVICE OVERALL WAS AWFUL. 3-5 WINDOWS WOOD TRIM FRAMES HAVE SPLIT WOOD ON VARIOUS PARTS OF FRAME. LEFT HOLE UNDER WINDOW IN BATHROOM WALL UNDER WOOD TRIM BOX WHERE PLASTER WAS REMOVED IN ERROR. REFUSED TO REPAIR. WOOD CUT BADLY SO THAT ONE SIDE OF FRAME IS UNEVENLY CUT WITH WHERE MEETS UP WITH SHOWER TILE. CUT A NEW PIECE AND TOLD THAT WHEN BATHROOM REMODELED, THAT THE BATHROOM COMPANY SHOULD REPAIR IT. SEVERAL PEOPLE AT THE COMPANY WERE RUDE TO ME. AT VARIOUS STAGES BEFORE SECOND INSTALLATION, THE PEOPLE CALLED SO OFTEN IT FELT LIKE A TELEMARKETING COMPANY. A REFERRAL FEE OF $150 UPON SIGNING OF CONTRACT WAS RETRACTED; TOLD COSTS RISING AND SAID COULDN'T GIVE IT EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY ADVERTISES REFERRAL FEE (WAS TOLD I COULD REFER MYSELF FOR SECOND INSTALLATION). INSTALLERS FORGOT TO INSTALL SOME MATERIALS. MISSING SHOE MOLDING, TWO POPPED UP SILLS, JAM ON BATHROOM WINDOW, ETC. INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
