The two workers were very professional and had many creative ideas, which was certainly necessary to repair the trim work. They did not waste any time and were very conscientious of the time factor since their work is billed on an hourly basis. They were very efficient.

Arrived on time and everything was preformed professionally.

Did their own follow up. Workmanship was excellent, prompt and timely in finishing the job.

They moved a big piece of furniture for me and also put up a couple of pictures around the home as well as a clock. They also stained the baseboards in my dining room as well as sealed them one week later.

I think he did a nice job. The work that he did was very good. The only complaint that we had was that he was a little slow but the quality of his work was excellent.

It was great. It was miserable weather and he did it in the rain. He did a great job. I was very pleased and would certainly bring them back for small jobs like that. He was a very nice guy. He knew what he was doing and was very patient.

They were terrific and they came exactly when they said and the guy who worked stayed and worked hard all day and when he left the house even looked cleaner before he came. He worked so hard and I recommend him.

They had to take off the stair rail and door to the dining room to move the sofa. After they put everything back the correct way with no damage, the gentleman and I walked around and made sure everything was fine before they left. It took about an hour.

They work well, they are fair in price, I cannot recommend them enough. They are wonderful.

I could not be more delighted with my experience with Handyman Matters! The owners are extremely responsive -- they called back very quickly, scheduled on a very short lead time when I requested it and even fit me in for an emergency request on the same day. I had work done by 2 or 3 of their employees and all were extremely knowledgeable and obviously experienced in the area they were working on, in addition to being pleasant and professional. Every project was done promptly, perfectly, with care and attention and they cleaned up! I am particular and I could not be more pleased with all the work Handyman Matters performed at my house. The owner also goes the extra mile to make certain that you are satisfied and has offered advice on products and product application.

I think that they did a good job. There is not one thing I didn't like about them. I plan on hiring them again to build a bathroom for me because of how happy I was with their work. They were very friendly and professional.

He showed up on time. Howard was polite and professional and went straight to work. This was good since the company charges by the hour. He worked diligently and finished the job in great time considering what he had to do.

This was my first experience with a handyman. The worker (George) was punctual and courteous. He did the work quickly and carefully.

Having done what I had done for a reasonable price plus the punctuality and neatness were a good experience. Plus the consideration was appreciated. I'll use this company again.

It was a disaster. They left before the ceiling was finished, it had marks and bubbles on it. It cannot be painted in this condition. They ripped the trim off where the storm door was to attach ruining that and to cover it up told me the standard 36'' door I purchased would not fit. Then charged me a full hour for 15 minute's work, with the promise he would come back and install a Larsen door that would work. I found out later that all doors attach the same way. I repeatedly called, they refused to come back and finish the ceiling and would not correct the damage they did to my entranceway. They did offer to refund a one hour charge if I agreed to sign a letter stating I would not dispute their bill on my credit charge. It's the worst experience I have had with a contractor.

He was very neat clean and professional. He took care of a lot of extra odd jobs with no hesitation or problem. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called ahead, arrived on time, gave me a list of the materials needed and the choice of going to the home improvement store to buy materials while he started on the downspout, or having him go to buy the materials, in which case I would pay for the time he spent. I chose to buy the materials. When I returned, he had just finished the downspout and was ready to start the glass and screen replacement. I thought the price was reasonable, the work was done well and he cleaned up after himself. Turned out to be someone from my home town who I have known for years. I know the people involved with this company to be honest, and to have personal integrity. Would not hesitate to call them again.

$583.49 INCLUDED COST $119.74 FOR MATERIALS THAT I HAD NOT PURCHASED DUE TO SIZE AND DIFFICULTY OF HANDLING. I DID PURCHASE SOME MATERIALS AHEAD OF TIME. I HAD COMPLETED THE DEMOLITION WORK AHEAD OF TIME AND CLEANED UP THE AREA. THE HANDYMAN WAS ON TIME. HE WORKED STEADILY AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE PERFORMED AS MUCH WORK AS WAS POSSIBLE WITH THE MATERIALS I HAD PURCHASED AND DROVE TO PURCHASE THE REMAINING MATERIALS. HE WAS ORGANIZED AND PROFESSIONAL. WE FOUND ADDITIONAL DAMAGE ALONG A SECOND WALL REQUIRING A SECOND TRIP BACK. COST FOR THE SECOND TRIP FOR SIMILAR WORK WAS $325.48 INCLUDING $37.23 FOR MATERIALS.

NO WORK WAS PERFORMED BY THIS COMPANY! I CONTACTED THEM TO CLEAN GUTTERS, SOFFIT AND FASCIA WITHOUT USING A POWER WASHER (IN PREPARATION FOR PAINTING). THEY AGREED TO DO THE WORK AND SCHEDULED TO COME TO DO THE JOB IN TWO WEEKS. THE EVENING BEFORE THEY WERE TO DO THE JOB, RANDY CALLED TO SAY THEY COULD NOT DO THE JOB BECAUSE THEY FELT THE PAINTER SHOULD BE THE ONE CLEANING THE GUTTERS AND SOFFIT AND FASCIA. APPARENTLY, SOME JOBS ARE TOO SMALL OR TOO LARGE.
