EVERYTHING WENT PERFECT

He was very professional, polite, and on time. I felt comfortable around him.

I felt that the experience was good. There was a minor adjustment needed and the next day the workman came out and made that adjustment. He also assured me that if there were any other adjustments that needed to be made, it would be taken care of. We called them to do the work based on the recommendation of an excellent contractor, Lucci Kitchen and Bath, and because they had a good rating on Angie's List.

This was a difficult job, as I was getting rid of many awning type windows and it required cutting through the brick exterior to the house. They did a fantastic job and I am thrilled with the results. The workers came on time and cleaned up everything as they went along, being careful of their surroundings in the process. I would certainly recommend their services.

The work performed and the crew were fantastic! Always on time with no delays or excuses (No shows). The actual construction work went great and looks great! No problems with returns or revisits. The crew was clean and courteous.

AWFUL. This was the worst contracting experience I have ever had. The crew showed up to begin work and repair a leak, but the leak was not repaired until later in the job. The crew left debris on the roof and yard for days. Old shingles and debris fell of the house and into the neighbors yard. When a dumpster finally showed up they still left debris in the yard and driveway. Rotten wood was not replaced when it was in the contract that it would be. The holes for the old vents were not filled in, tar paper was not placed on the back roof. Finally after repeated calls and threatening to not pay, a new crew was sent out and the work was completed properly. My family had to take time off from work and supervise THEIR sub-contractors. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

A contract with Richard Felser doesn't mean you have a contract with them and doesn't mean that you can count on them to do the work. In May, we signed a contract with the company to put siding on our house, gave them a check for $1500, and were told that the work would begin in July. July came. And went. When I called to find out when we could expect the work to begin, a woman left a message on our answering machine that said that they were "sorry, we can't do the work; none of our crews want to do it because they're concerned about the height". THE HEIGHT?????????? The house is 2 stories high!!!! It is not a skyscraper!!! The reason sounded bogus, and my husband thinks that the estimator underestimated the job and that they were looking for a way out of doing it. I fault them for two reasons: first, for not honoring the contract, and second, for not communicating with us in a more timely fashion, because we could not find another contractor to do the work this summer.

I was overall please with the company. The gentleman putting on the siding were a little messy but the work was immaculate. It took about 4 days to install everything that needed to be done.

My overall experience with this company is excellent. The installers for the windows were assume. They installed 9 windows in one day and came back the next day to do the large bow window. They were very good in cleaning up after themselves.

TOM AND MIKE ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES BEFORE EARLIEST TIME PROJECTED. THEY WENT ABOUT REPLACING ALL MY WINDOWS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP AND LEFT MY HOUSE CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY STARTED ( I HAVE A WHITE DOG AND DECIDED TO VACUUM THAT DAY AFTER THEY LEFT).

VERY PROFESSIONAL. LONG ESTABLISHED FAMILY BUSINESS THAT TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.
