The job was done in a timely manner and the work performed met all of my expectations. I had a few issues but once I brought them to the company’s attention all issues were resolved immediately. I was very pleased with the staff of the company. I would highly recommend this company for your remodeling needs.

Richard Feldser replaced all the windows and doors in our house in two days! We didn’t have to do a thing. They look beautiful, are easy to clean. The siding was done just as efficiently. Our house looks brand new! We couldn’t be more pleased!

First call to the company and other follow up calls were very pleasant. Initial contact with company representative in my home to review work being requested, down payment and financing details was a great experience. Official measurements, scheduling date and actual day of worked performed, all went very smoothly. The company understands their business and knows how to perform the particular job at hand making an excellent rating earned.

My 90 year old home was in need of window replacement and porch repair. The contract was drawn up and the windows were replaced quickly. I had to wait a while for the porch repair because of bad weather, but it was well worth the wait. Rick and his crew were very professional and experienced with dealing with older homes. My new porch looks great.

Called company to have several windows replaced. They came out and gave us a bid within a couple days and performed the work quickly and did an excellent job. Would recommend and will definitely use this company again!!!

We purchased a home and needed the deck replaced. After researching, we chose Richard Feldser. A salesman came out immediately and showed all options. We made our choice. The price was quite reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. Our deck is so beautiful! It’s our favorite room! We would definitely recommend them!

From start to finish it was an absolutely positive experience. They came out and removed our old siding, and put up the new siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts in about 2 weeks time. The workers were very professional, always cleaned up at the end of the day and worked in some of the hottest days we had all summer. They totally transformed our house and me and my wife couldn't be happier. We have neighbors who never spoke to us before coming up and telling us how nice our house looks. I would definitely recommend!

Scott Bauer came to the house and bid the job. Bid was $3000 less than 2 other contractors for same materials and labor (24 squares of siding, soffit, fascia and new shutters). Job complete in 4 days; 2 of them were over 90 degrees in August 2016. Looks like a new house. Richard Felser will be doing my roof in November 2018.

Our organization has worked with Richard Felser Co one multiple exterior improvement projects ranging from single family homes to apartment buildings. Our experience has always been excellent in that the work is top notch at a fair price. Like any good professional, they may be backlogged, but this is only because they choose well qualified technicians to perform the work. We would recommend them highly for your exterior work.

The entire installation process was a bit rough. A window was broken by the installers and installed broken. Installers only left a note (on a piece of aluminum) without telling us what was going on. We were also promised that the installers would be responsible for cleaning up their mess and that we “wouldn’t be able to tell that they were ever in the house”. Well, they used my BED to lay their tools and cut material on. There was sawdust all over my floor, along with aluminum in my bed. (I have pictures) In fact, we are still finding shards of aluminum all over the house, which is a treat to step on. To top that off, installers took it upon themselves to use my bathroom and left the seat up and pee all over. We called and tried to talk to someone, we were assured that we would get a call back and still haven’t. That was about a year ago. Just finished paying off the windows today.

My experience with Richard Felser Co. was very positive. I worked with Scott to identify a solution to our design problem and he recommended and priced out both a patio door and replacement windows for our house. Pricing was an improvement over another national company who also looked at the job. Material arrived in the timeframe promised, his office reached me to schedule the install, and the crew showed up at the time/date promised. This was not an easy job, as we were putting some windows in place of an old sliding door, but the crew was quick and careful and did a nice job working to make the finished product look like it was original to the house. After work was complete, they fully cleaned up their work site and left my house in great shape. Would recommend them highly for window/door replacements.

Very good pricing. Job was done well and mostly on time. Roof was done quickly, flawlessly, and professionally. The siding crew was ok, but took way too long to get the job done, exposing the house to elements while in progress. Prep Work seemed haphazard and sloppy, but overall the finished product looks good. I would recommend and use this company again.

We were very happy with the work Richard Felser Co. did. Everyone was nice to deal with. They kept us informed about when the work would be done.The window crew came first and then the siding crew. All the work areas were left clean. We paid exactly what the estimate was and there were no surprises.We'll use them in the future and would be happy to recommend them.

The experience was great. Mitchell Ackerman was the salesman and he was upfront, knowledgeable, and very professional. He know the product very well and we couldn't be happier with the end result. They did everything they promised and it was done in a timely matter. I'm going to need a roof soon and Mitchell will be the first person that I call.

Richard Felser installed all new windows in my house . The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. Mitch Ackerman was fantastic. He spent 2 hours with us answering all of our questions. We had such a wonderful experience we called Mitch again to come and give us an estimate for a new roof. He showed us several different types of roof colors and left us brochures . The estimate beat several other companies so we decided to book them in late July to replace our roof. I also have a rental property in the city and asked Mitch to provide an estimate to replace that roof as well. He had the estimate 3 days later. Needless to say they have the Job!!!

Mitch came to my house well aware of what I was calling for. He came to the door empty handed. I stepped outside to show him where I need new siding. He immediately told me that it could not be done and offered no other options. I asked him if he was even going to show me anything at all he then went to his car and came back with one option of what he sells the most of. He showed no real interest in the job until I told him that I had another bid and then he insistent on knowing the details of it. I refused to tell him saying that if he did have something that I could use he should offer me his best bid. He did not even have a brochure to leave me. I found him to be very condescending.

Basically the only roofing company to answer first call and have someone out here on my schedule. Everything went smooth from first measurement to job completion. Really liked that they offered financing since not everyone has thousands lying around for a project like this. The installers did a great job. I was barely home for the three days since I work early and each day I got home these guys were working non stop. Billy the kid and his crew did an excellent job. Got home today and everything was finished and besides the new roof you couldn't even tell work was done. They left the place spotless. Although I paid a little more for the job, you do get what you pay for. Will recommend to others.

Great experience beginning with employees who coordinated appt. to measure for new window, to gentleman who came to measure and men who completed installation. Great/professional and hardworking employees! Would highly recommend this company for replacement windows!

These guys were fantastic. Rick and his crew did a tremendous job. Not only did they side the house, they meticulously removed all the rotted wood and reinforced the studs in the corner of the house. Unlike the other companies that quoted us, this company was able to go around the gingerbread molding around the windows. The only criticism I had was a slight lack of communication between the office and the workers as to how the job was negotiated. But after speaking with Mitch and the staff, everything worked out.
