"We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."

They were friendly and went above what they had to do by saving my flowers out of my flower bed before they began digging out the space. They answered my questions and explained how things were going. The company owner often checked in by phone and in person to communicate with me regarding the job."

"Do not recommend. Came out to look and repair if needed the rubber roof part of my home in September 2023. Did a repair along the seam where it had leaked. Assured me it would be OK and gave me a year warranty on the work. Also applied some kind of sealant on what I assumed would be the entire rubber roof until I could get the money to put a new roof on. Fast forward to August of 2024 and the roof started leaking worse than before and he only did a small section with sealant. Called and emailed and got a back n forth for 3 different times until he finally came out to repair. For 2100 dollars it was a complete and utter ripoff. Very high priced and gave me an estimate of at least 10k to replace rubber roof that's less than 1000 Sq foot."

"John and everyone who work for him are very nice. That being said the time management and overall management is terrible. People would show up to do work and ask me questions about the job or what they should be doing (luckily I work from home and was viable to answer their questions). Work had to be done twice because they did not know what they were doing and did things for one finish but needed something different. I ended up hiring someone to finish the job because after 2 months my kitchen was still not done and the next steps were projected 2-5 weeks to complete. The new person had it done in 1 week. I also had to pick out finishes multiple times at different locations which seems a bit sketchy if you ask me."
