Description of Work: On Friday nite the spring to my garage door broke. Would not go up or down. Non emergency as cars were not in the garage at the time. I called Saturday midday expecting a machine, but was answered by admin or employee. If it was a emergency they said they'd come out, I agreed it wasn't necessary and set up for Monday morning. Tom arrived promptly Monday morning, replaced spring and lubed door.

Description of Work: My garage doors were making a lot of noise and not functioning properly. I thought I would need a new system. I called Suburban Overhead and they came out the next day. The work was done quickly and except for the sticker next to my garage door, I would not have known they were there - it was that clean. They told me I just needed a few new springs and some cleaning on the current doors. I did not need new doors or a new system. I would definitely use them again.

On the day of Tom called at 12:35 said he was running late and would be there shortly. He made it before the assigned 1 PM limit. Very pleasant. Got right to work. Suggested a few safety features. Work was done in 1 hour. The price was fair and the job I think was great. This is a business you need to use.
Description of Work: Garage doors made way too much noise. Plus I need new remotes.

Description of Work: Our garage door was operating very poorly & would not close properly. It would go halfway down, stop & go back up. We actually had to push the button, run over & push the door down to make it close.
