We hard a hard time connecting but once we got the appointment scheduled everything went well. The painter was punctual. He sanded and painted my front door. He did an excellent job and it looks good.

In the end, Heiler Painting did a satisfactory job and I am happy with the front door. It looks great! But...it took a long time to get to this point. The first time they came out, they didn't properly prep the door, therefore there were many spots that didn't look good. I called about it and they said they would come out and redo it. The redo also wasn't done properly so I had to call again. One of the owners came out and confirmed it wasn't done properly. The third time it was done properly and I am happy with the job done. It was a LOT of time on my end to follow up and have to be home to have our door painted and repainted. I am grateful that they stood behind their name and stuck with the project until it was completely properly - this is an important sign of a good company. Everyone I spoke to and worked with at the company was very nice and pleasant to have in my home.

Very well. I had asked them to delay until after 10/17, even though the offer had been made much earlier, and they agreed. On 10/17 we scheduled a time for the project but, as luck would have it, it poured rain that day and we had to re-schedule. On the appointed day, they arrived, set up, and completed the project in record time and with excellent results. And the price is certainly right. I give Heiler Painting an enthusiastic A.

Tom Heiler visited us and gave an estimate the day we met with him. Tom explained every step that would be taken to have the results we were looking for. When the work started we would receive calls to update us on every step. Derek was the main painter on our job. He was professional and very proud of his work as he should be. This is the first time that a contractor fulfilled everything he said he would do and resulted in the outcome we had hoped for. We have received so many compliments on the new appearance of our home. We would highly recommend Heiler Painting Company and plan to use their services again in the near future.

Did an amazing job on the house, looks brand new. Tom was very easy to work with and his crew was fast, friendly and clean. I would recommend anyone who is looking to have exterior or interior painting to be done to use Tom and his company

He completed the project -- amazingly -- within budget and on time with winter coming. Tom takes special care with communications, so he wastes no time or money correcting avoidable errors. I got daily updates and briefings on the next part of the project. His people are trained, competent, reliable, and skilled. No drama, no surprises, except that there are no drama and no surprises. Tom makes good recommendations about colors. Warmly recommend. And a bonus: Tom and his crew know old houses and EPA requirements regarding safe lead paint removal. (No orbital sanders or power washing!) That's incredibly important if you have kids, a garden, or you just want to keep lead out of the soil and water table and yourself out of court. His carpenter is a perfectionist. My house looks great. He charges the same as the bad actors who cut corners on safety. Go with Heiler. They're the best.

I needed the interior of my house painted quickly (before our move-in date) and after calling several highly recommended, but I felt ridiculously expensive painters who said they probably couldn't squeeze the job in anyway. I finally called Tom. He came to the house quickly and promptly and did a thorough check of the house. He also offered full-service color scheme help. And, most importantly, his price was thousands better than what these other guys were offering. He was also able to have his crew start the job right away. (Right after that, however, a neighbor offered to do the job, so for convenience sake, I went with the neighbor.)
