Heiler Painting

Rick and his team did an excellent job painting our office, bedroom (including drywall repair) and stairway in the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. They were very professional and finished the job a full day earlier than expected. Rick was also kind enough to return a few days later and do a walkthrough of any final/minor touch ups in each room. Would definitely recommend and hire again for future jobs.

Heiler Painting did excellent work, completing the project in good time. First they cleaned all painted surfaces. They checked several spots that were noted to possibly be in need of repair, and did necessary repairs before priming and painting. Prime coat was applied wherever needed all around the house. Quality of the job is far better than several other painting contractors who have worked on this house. They started early each day, cleaning up as they went along. Any remaining problems were resolved before the job was done. They were responsive to requests as they progressed, unfailingly polite, masked up whenever discussing the job. I would definitely hire them for another painting project and would recommend them.

It was such an absolute pleasure to work with Heiler Painting. When CJ came out to give me an estimate to paint the exterior of my house, he walked me through every last detail and shared his knowledge with me regarding prep work, the different kinds of paint to be used on various surfaces, repairs that needed to be made and the timeline for the job. His crew was very professional and they did a flawless job. Once my shutters come in, he offered to have his crew come back out to install and paint those as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else for any future paint projects!

CJ was so easy to work with with all the details leading up to the work being done. Rob who came to do the work was amazing. He communicated everything step by step and made sure we were happy with all decisions before he moved forward with things.

The communication with CJ was excellent. Through emails or texts my questions were always answered quickly and professionally. Before the work started CJ would update me on the start date because I had another company coming to do power washing and we didn't want them to arrive on the same day. The finished job was outstanding. Two neighbors said how nice the front door area looks. The painters showed up on time and clean up nicely. The were friendly and pleasant to talk you. Later in the day another worker came who was probably the foreman and I asked about if I could paint the black rubber part that had paint on it. He asked if the painters had done this and I said it was probably when I tried to paint it. He offered to touch it up for me but it turned out he didn't have the black paint. He suggested asking the paint people the best paint to use because of the material being rubber. I am pleased with the final work and will definitely hire them again, in fact I will request the same painters who did this job. Thanks Silas and Nate!!!

Heiler painting is top-notch in quality, incredibly fast, and very professional. My wife and I bought a home during the 2020 pandemic and had a difficult time finding a team of individuals who would paint he unoccupied interior. Heiler painting began their work 12 hours after agreeing on a price and finished in a single day. They went above and beyond and included trim painting and closet painting that we had not discussed as being a part of the quote. The price was very reasonable and the speed and quality of service were worth every penny. We will be using Heiler painting for all our future painting needs in Philadelphia. Deal with confidence!

Tom was very prompt and thorough in explaining the process from start to finish. He was prompt and returned any form of communication in a timely manner. His work crew did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Tom and hope to use him for more projects in the future.

The crew sent to do the work did a terrific job. As they worked through the house, I saw a couple of things and questioned what had been done and they answered without annoyance and explained the story to me. There was a lot of prep-work as the home is 100+ years old with floors original to the house. There were no scratches to the floors or the furniture and no dust residue to be found anywhere after they were finished the job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. When I am ready to paint the exterior, Tom Heiler will get the call.

We recently had the exterior of our home painted and are thrilled with the end result! Heiler is a top notch company and Tom Heiler is a fantastic business owner. They were on time, neat and clean, did amazing work - all for a great price. Tom immediately responded to any of our questions or issues and his painters were friendly, quiet and a true pleasure to deal with. Our house is old - from the 1700s - and the crew spent days just doing the prep work. They even dry walled before painting, as well as fixed many trouble spots. They did an exceptional job.

Heiler came promptly on a short notice call to provide an estimate. They were very flexible and fast when the job changed and were also flexible around some challenges to remote access to the job. Overall they were great and we would definitely hire them again.
