Actually I have a regular maintenance service every six months for my heating and cooling unit. The last guy who came out told me that I needed to get my blower cleaned as it collects dust and you don't get the airflow that you need. I did not want to do it at that time so I called the office and I requested them to bring it up during the next maintenance and do it all at once. Apparently the office and the technician were not in communication so when he came out he was very unaware that he was supposed to do this. Plus I think it was an inexperienced technician, although he said he knew how to do it. He was here for a very long time. He thought he had to take the entire heat pump apart and I was getting very nervous. Any way he could not do it. So when he went back he called, I guess, his superior they said they would have somebody else come out later. So in July he did come out. It was a very simple thing to do. He got the blower out very easily whereas the other guy was here for hours trying to get it out. I don't know what the problem was. I think there was a problem of communication initially between the technician and the office. Obviously the technician that they send out for the first time did not have a clue of what he was doing. But the second guy had no problem and did not have to take apart my entire unit. I have not had any problem with them up until then. Price wise I wish it was cheaper but I think it is the going rate. As for professionalism up until this last guy who came out, the others were all fine. I thought the last guy was giving me attitude. I would use this company in the future.

From beginning to end (which i hope is the end) Todd was very friendly. He didn't try to perform services that were not needed. Explained everything in layman's terms and was very comfortable with him. Excellent service.

The office staff were very nice when I called. The technician was very friendly, explained things to me, discussed with me my options, and completed the repair immediately. He was professional. They were great to work with and I will definitely call them again.

They just come and do whatever you want them to do. I think some people think they are a little expensive but they have been very reliable. I will use them again in the future.

They are fantastic. They are really nice. They have taken care of all the trouble we have had with the heating and AC. The person was honest. We were wondering if we really needed a new air conditioner and he said that the air conditioner was good enough to be used for many more years. He was informative. He had an answer for all the questions I had . We are pretty satisfied with them. They come twice a year to check the system and make sure everything is in order. We are going to renew our contract with them. I rate them high overall.

They are very professional. They do their job well. They clean up well after they are done. They have a discount sometimes, and it can be checked on their website.

I've been using them since I had the house in 2007. They first replaced a water heater for me and I subsequently had them check the baseboard and electric heat. They reattached a baseboard unit to my wall. They fixed the toilets downstairs and replaced the toilets upstairs too. They have also done some other bathroom plumbing work for me before. I've used them quite a bit. They do have coupons. They are extremely responsive and personable.

The leak under the sink was hard to pinpoint and I had paid another plumber to fix without success. Zimmmermans located this without a problem. They did a great job diagnosing problems and repairing a leak on an old radiator. I think they are excellent with heating systems in older homes.

Vendor listened politely to my complaint. Vendor explained industry model for pricing. Vendor would not have adjusted the price based on my complaint. I then explained that I was not told the cost of the service and part until the technician brought the part to my house. Vendor explained pricing and suggested that the failure to tell me the cost before service was provided may result in some "adjustment". As of this writing, no further word concerning the adjustment. There are many vendors in the market and the time has come to move on.

When I first bought my house I called Zimmermans for a plugged bathtub-- Bill Orris came out on a very cold rainy day-- fixed my tub, and very helpfull when I asked him many questions-- this was back in September and I did not get to kitchen where all the plumbing issues really were until april--as was trying to make rest of home liveable. I got several other estimates for all the plumbing issues besides Zimmermans. When Bill Orris came to give an estimate I asked him to also give an estimate for installing stainless steel workbench with sink. I told him I was looking for a used one as the new ones were very expensive. He asked if I had checked a used restaurant business not far from me .When I said no he gave me their number, I called and found out they had one-- I bought it and he installed it when he did the laundry center work. Because of Bill I saved over 1000.00 for the sink which was in near perfect condition! He also charged me less than the other estimates I had gotten which did not include putting in the sink. I asked Bill Orris to come back 2 times after that for seperate work-- he and his assistant Gavin were always consistantly polite, super clean, and did wonderful work. The second time I called about a leak from the bathroom pipe. They came the same day and fixed it. The time I called after removing the wall and realizing I needed the pipes replaced for another 8 foot section--Bill and Gavin came the next day,installed copper piping along which intailed all connections to bath sink and toilet and shutoff valve from water main-- Both trips cost me 788.00. This cost was still less than other estimates I had gotten! Can't say enough about the professionalism of Bill Orris and the quality of his work-- I would never go to a different plumber-- The work he and Gavin did was beautifully done and they were a pleasure to be around.

Excellent worksmanship and personable plumber. Was a little frustrated that plumber was without all necessary equipment and had to come back a second time, but was very pleased with work, overall.
