Description of Work: This was routine Heater check with the maintenance agreement between us. They changed the filter and replaced a small part on the main unit. Things went well per usual and I am glad to use them since 2003.

Description of Work: Relocated baseboard heating piping and removed heating fins in preparation for |kitchen remodel. Project went very smoothly. Service man was very knowledgable and professional. Project involved draining baseboard piping and refilling and purging out the air.

Description of Work: I came home from work to a flooded basement due to a burst pipe. I called Zimmerman Plumbing. They were very responsive on the phone and a man was out to my house exactly when they said he would be there. He quickly assessed the problem and got to work. He cut out the area of the pipe that was burst and replaced it with a new section of pipe. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was of good quality. I would definitely use Zimmerman again.

Description of Work: The shower head in my master bedroom bath was leaking. I was calling on Monday but nobody was able to get to me before Thursday of that week so I decided to go with Zimmerman. I had heard good things about this company so I gave it a try. They were not the least expensive service which I had talked with but I was very pleased that I chose them. Their plumber was very professional from the time that he arrived until the time that he left. He had the parts necessary to eliminate the lead, kept me informed as he went along, and was in and out in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate on replacing a gas hot water heater, but was told they "don't do pricing over the phone." Really??? Maybe they don't want to be held to a price? I don't know, but I surely wouldn't hire someone before they at least gave me an idea of what i'd be spending. Rediculous "Policy"

Description of Work: Semi annual maintenance of HVAC

Description of Work: Replaced older Hot Water heater with a hybrid hot water heater. Due to dimensions of utility closet they had to install the new unit in a larger storage area. Work was scheduled easily, arrival prompt, and work was done professionally. The installer did leave a few things out of place and some garbage/staples on the ground which worried me with the little kids around. I think clean up was rushed because the job took longer than anticipated. We have used Zimmerman's for multiple project and they have great customer service. Would recommend to others.

Description of Work: They replaced my entire heating and air conditioning system a few years ago, and I have a contract with them for regular maintenance.
