The salesman was very courteous, thorough, and detailed in his presentation. He was very non-pressuring. The virtues of the products and his firm were well presented (and all true). The installers were all the salesman bragged about and more. This firm is the very first I'd recommend to friends and family for replacement work of this nature. The design of the windows and sliding door are excellent! Quality also.

Shane and Shawn installed our windows and performed an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up well. Before they left, provided a good review of how to turn in the windows for cleaning. Our salesman Ryan was willing to work with us within our budget.

Our experience with West Shore Shower and bath was nothing but positive from start to finish,our installers were Ed and Cory who were extremely professional ,friendly we are very,very pleased with the end result. They even made friends with our prima donna poodle named Rags.They respected our home and did an excellent cleanup of the job site.I cannot wait to show off our new walk in tub to family and friends! I called for three days. Finally got through. I talked to someone who said that they probably wouldn't install a single door. I was put on hold against my protests and finally got through to a recording because this person wasn't available. Not what I would call professional.

The providers were on time. Gave us a 25 % voucher for the next project right off the bat. They were very professional, looked at the project they had to do, went over it with me then got to work. I stayed with them during the whole time they were here in case they or I had any questions. Drop cloths were laid on our garage and wooden floor to do the work, everything was cleaned up as they went along, placing scraps in a garbage can. Very little mess which they cleaned up. With my own stain, to help match the wood work, I helped stain some trim that was placed at the bottom of the thresh hold, inside of each door matching just right. Measurements were taken, very little cutting of material had to be done. Both doors fit perfect. Both doors were to our specs, the color we picked looks beautiful and work excellently. I really like the door locks. The slider has a lever lock at the handle and one at the base of the door for extra security. The fire door for the garage, cherry in color, has a dead bolt and a turn lock on the knob. After the job was done, one provider showed me how to work the blinds, levers, and locks on the patio slider along with how easy the fire door locks along with opening and closing the door. They had a check list they wanted me to go over to make sure they did everything on the job list they were to have done then initial and sign.

I can't overemphasize how polite, courteous and knowledgeable the installers (Ryan and Jake) were. They arrived on time, did a professional job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Towards the end of the installation, I noticed a minor defect in one of the doors. Ryan made a note of this and said he'd report it to the company, which he promptly did, since I received a phone-call the next day. They'll be returning tomorrow to look at the problem. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service overall. My only complaint is that the company had offered a $25 gift-card for scheduling the original in-home estimate, which I haven't yet received.

Very professional and kept my house clean. A little expensive but so far very satisfied

Salesman, Ryan, Kind of arrogant. Acted like no one could be as good as them. But decided to go with them only because of the window quality. Quality of windows; They are well made and seem to be well fitted to the openings. It's only been two weeks but so far they open and close well. There are two problems that we have seen so far. 1. You loose about 10 to15% of the actual glass space due to the window casing. I have noticed that the house seems darker due to this. This can be good since it is one of the ways that aids in keeping the heat and cold out. But it does darken the room. 2. Since the window casing is much larger than our original windows we can no longer use our window A/Cs in the windows that we used for years. This one of the things that I brought up to Ryan, the salesman and Eric, who took the final measurements. Both said "probably no problem" but as it turns out it is a problem. There are other windows that we could use but one is out the front of the house, not good as far as I'm concerned, the other one is positioned that it blows straight out of the room which isn't as good a place as the side window that we used prior to having these windows installed. Since then I have checked to see if there was an A/C unit that would fit the smaller windows but all that I found were about the same size I have. Installers; Shane, Mike and Shawn. All extremely polite and courteous. Arrived on time, worked hard and got all 17 windows installed in one day. Great job guys! Use WSW again? Not likley. Two main reasons, overpriced and it seems their honesty is less important than a sale.

The job went so well and they finished in about 8 hours. The two workers, Curt and Brian, were very efficient and pleasant.

We went with this company based on price and referral from others. My installers were Ryan and Tim. Both installers were very knowledgeable and courteous and really seemed to like their job. They we're calling for storms in the afternoon and another crew showed up to help finish up. Angela and I both were impressed and appreciated their efforts. We are very satisfied and will not hesitate to use this company again. Will ask for same installers when we do.

West Shore installed a new garage door for me 2 years ago and I was very happy with their work. I had them give me a quote on new windows and doors and I was pleasantly surprised by their pricing. They have the best quality products I have seen in our area for less money than the big name brands, so I decided to move forward. Shane and Shawn did a terrific job on the windows. The windows look great and they paid attention to detail. Curt and Dave went above and beyond what I had expected from them on the door installation. They treated my home as if it was their own. I'd have to say, this is my second time using this company and the experience was just as great. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but nothing worth noting. I had a new walk in tub installed in my house. We had accessibility issues with one of our disabled family members and to help with safety, we decided to install this tub. At first, I had no idea what I was looking for. When I called them, they listened to what I had to say and recommended the brilliant idea of a walk in tub. After doing a bit of research, I called them back and scheduled an appointment to get it installed. The pricing was a bit more than a traditional bath tub, but that was to be expected. The crew that showed up to install it were fast and very professional. I will continue to use their service for time to come!

My experience with West Shore Window & Door was outstanding. I did a little bit of shopping before finding the right place to purchase my windows. I was looking for a company that would offer me quality service, a great price and a fantastic warranty. This company filled all 3 of these needs. I'm not going to lie, I called a few other companies first and their customer service was terrible. I was about to give up for the day when I gave West Shore Window & Door a call. The person who answered was friendly, informative and very responsive. We worked out a time that worked for me and went over all of my pricing options. I'd definitely recommend this company to a friend!

They were very good. The men who did the work were very good, they had an issue with the manager concerning the service issue. He was not very helpful.

.Great no complaints, came out with a crew, was there for about two days. They took out old windows and put new ones in. Copper one windows through triple pane, keeps sun rays out. Clean up everything went by the book. Professional, very respectful. Recommended them to several friends and neighbors. Fully satisfied. Not the cheapest but was satisfied.

I got some stuff in there and they were great. We had this sliding door out of the back deck. The builders do such a great job. They put a new door in our back porch. And it was so tight and good. You couldn’t let the cold in there or anything. It was so easy to open and close the flange very well. And the other one removed the screen. He couldn’t do it because it got stuck. They put a new one with a good quality. And the people who worked there, they will get four stars. They were just so nice and pleasant. And I’m going to use them from now on.

It was fine. Everything is fine. They were very professional and everything went off like clockwork. I have no complaints about the doors. They send some people through the neighborhood and they ask them if there was anything that needed to be done and I said that they get back and check my inside door which what I really needed done and they came back and showed me pictures of the doors and I went ahead on order them. I had them come out and put the door in and it fits very well. It’s a very good door.

They put in the windows and the windows are working just fine.

Pretty good! One of the windows was not fitting properly and they came back and fixed that. We were pleased with them. They came on time, they performed the job and they didn't leave a mess or anything in the yard or around the house.

It was pretty good. They broke their own windows. They had to put the windows in and then reorder. Whatever I couldn't pay they financed for me for one year with no interest. They didn't fulfill everything and I had to keep pressuring them on what they were supposed to do like if you buy four windows you get one free. I bought eight and they only gave me one when I should have got two.

It was excellent! It went really good. We had one little question and they had someone out immediately. Everything went very well. We were pleased with it. I think they were kind of expensive but my husband thought it was okay.

The installers were extremely professional and did a GREAT job! The installers arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in the stated amount of time. They were also careful about not letting my dog out and were nice to my kids, which means a lot to me. The door is extremely high quality and sturdy - it really looks great! The sales process, however, is a bit cumbersome. Although the initial sales visit was informative, it took nearly three hours! All the discounts and sales and specials and flyers and gift cards made pricing a bit of a challenge. Overall, my only complaint about the entire process is that I wish the sales process was more straightforward - West Shore has a highly superior product, but I was confused and overwhelmed by the pricing. Although I definitely received a high-quality product and installation, I am really not confident that I got the best deal. I will probably buy the rest of my windows from West Shore because the product is so high quality, but my recommendation to the company would be to streamline the pricing structure, limit discounts and offer simple, clear, best-value pricing. I think many customers are turned off during the sales process due to the confusing, smoke-and-mirrors sales approach. I also received a follow-up call from another sales person to schedule a follow up visit about purchasing the rest of my windows. I told that person that my original sales person has all the measurements and information, and all I was really looking for was an estimate. They seemed unwilling to provide a written estimate, which seems like more smoke-and-mirrors. I requested a "best-value" estimate (no rush) a few weeks ago, and have yet to receive it. I also indicated that there should be no need for an additional visit, unless it is a short one to sign paperwork that reflects pricing from a written estimate. To summarize: If you can make it through the confusing/difficult sales approach, West Shore really does provide a superior product and high quality installation services.

It turned out wonderful. We are very happy with the work and the people and the product. There was nothing bad. They arrived at the appointment time and they were very professional and explained everything to us about what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They explained the product to us and gave us other choices. All together, very professional, very on time, very clean. They cleaned up after themselves.

It turned out very well. I'm very satisfied with it. They did very neat work. The estimate came out and they gave me the price and what we would be getting and took pictures of everything. The installer supervisor came a few days later and took some more pictures and some more measuring. The intaller himself gave us the time he was coming so he was on time. He was kind of professional. He asked for permission to play his radio while he was working. He cleaned up afterwards.
