Description of Work: I already had used them previously to replace some windows and a door in my house. I was doing it in increments because of the cost. When I was burglarized in 2012 I naturally chose them to replace the broken window and install a security door. They responded quickly and I am very satisfied with their products.

Description of Work: The salesperson was very professional and did not bore us with the many details that other window/door salespeople used. |The installation crew was extremely efficient and detail-oriented. |They have followed-up with a phone call to be sure we were still satisfied, and asked if we needed any follow-up service.

Description of Work: They installed new windows throughout our entire home--I think fourteen. We were very pleased with the windows, and the installers were totally professionable, and did a quality job. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Description of Work: West Shore replaced the windows in my home. They did the work efficiently, worked with my husband and I to get us just what we were looking for. The job was done in the time frame given and done exactly as described. Afterwards we were contacted to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Description of Work: Installed 4 hopper windows in basement. The job went well, they showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.

Description of Work: Replaced four windows. The year was prior to 2012, however I could not change the year on this form to the actual year so I used 2012. The price of the product was very high, however the quality of the work was excellent. We're it not for the price the overall rating would have been an "A".

Description of Work: The windows were very good. The installation was bad. We had three call backs to fix drafts. We had to paint the interior part of the window trim. Our side door is cracking and a piece broke off.

A pleasure to have in our home. Very pleased with their work. We had a minor issue with one of the door locks and they repaired it promptly at no cost. Would recommend to anyone needing new windows or doors. A+

Description of Work: I had used West Shore for a back door replacement, as well as a storm door, the year before I had them install a bay window in our family room. When putting in the back door, the installer for some reason cut the door molding trim down to half the width from the regular width. I had to call & have installer return to correct the problem. | |A year later, I had a bay window put in to replace a window in our family room. The platform of the bay creaks when any weight is put on it (hope it was installed correctly!). We noticed that insects were getting into the outside crevices that were not caulked when the window was put in. That was taken care of after a few phone calls. | |We have noticed that both the back door & window still allow cold air in. The back door does not seem to be well insulated as it is very cold to the touch on the inside. The bay window allows a cold draft at the bottom of the window, but it is an improvement over the original window.

Description of Work: They replaced my shower stall. The workmanship was excellent but there was a small print message on a coupon that I did not understand. When I called them to ask about it I was treated very poorly. The person that I spoke to said he could not answer my question but said he would give it to a supervisor and he would contact me. That never happened and for this reason I would not use them again.

Description of Work: They sold and installed a walk-in tub in the downstairs powder room, which originally was a butler's pantry.We had installed a toilet and cheap shower stall probably 30 years ago.West Shore removed the shower and installed the walk-in tub in less than a full day.They were quick, neat and professional and we will think of them first for similar work. The salesman was a little aggressive but nothing unexpected.

Description of Work: They put in a new front door for us. It is gorgeous and was installed well, but it was high pressure sales all the way and it was very expensive. Still, I love the door!
