Description of Work: They put epoxy flooring in a two car garage. They were excellent. Everyone that comes to my home comments on the garage floor. A realtor in this area came and got Strongholds business card as the job was done so well. This was the first home in my area to get this done and everyone has commented greatly on the work. You can wash the floor as it does not stain and what they put down is just beautiful.

+ 1 moreExcellent job.The garage floor looks like an automobile dealer's showroom.Steve, the sales rep.,arrived on time and was very patient in helping us choose the type and color of the finish to be applied.He detailed the cost of each oprion ,without any pressure to commit to having the work done. When we did decide to go ahead, the installers arrived as scheduled.They were very professional and friendly.They worked neatly and efficiently.

+ -1 moreNothing else to comment on since no one ever showed up to talk to me about the floor.
Description of Work: Can't comment on their product but only on customer service. Had an appointment scheduled to look at my floor. No one showed, so I called and left a message. Days later the call was returned and I was told that I had the wrong date. I accepted that excuse, although I am usually very precise with my schedule. Rescheduled for this morning. After no one showed up again. I called and was informed by person that he is sick. It is strange that they have all A's.

+ -1 moreI think it was excellent! Tony came to my home and gave me all of the information. They came as scheduled. The guys that did the work did a great job. It has been almost a month since the work was completed and there have been no issues thus far. They were easy to work with and the floor looks great. They were very professional as well.
Description of Work: They put a new coating on my garage floor (single-car). They put an epoxy floor and some polyurethane on top.

+ -1 moreFrom the initial meeting with salesman Tony, working with project manager Steve, and on site professionl Zak (?) and others ... everything went well. Being wise, I had other vendors lined up for price estimates. After meeting with Mr. Personable Tony ... I was so confident and comfortable with Stronghold's ability to do the job, do it RIGHT, and at a FAIR price ... I cancelled the other appointments! The crew showed up when scheduled and got 'er done. This ain't no easy job! These guys earn their money and we definitely got our money's worth. The entire three-piece team worked the job and did whatever it took to get it done right AND with a TEN year guarantee!!
Description of Work: We had a basement floor refinished with an epoxy floor. For this company, our 'job' was relatively small. We appreciated Stronghold's willingness to take this job ... < 300 square feet ... even though it was small because what they offered was exactly what we wanted/needed.

For residential, we primarily coat garages, basements, porches/patios & pole barns. Our commercial coatings span a very wide range of applications, including restaurants, retail, showrooms, warehouses and production floors. We are licensed/registered contractors in Maryland, Pennsylvania & Virginia.
We do not pour new concrete or stamp concrete. We do not install tile, carpet or VCT.
