Outstanding job. I thought this job might fall under the "DIY" category, but just to be on the safe side of averting a garage disaster, I decided to let the pro's with experience do this. Turns out that was a great choice. Mike (and a helper) came out to do the job. The equipment involved in doing the job right was way beyond anything a "normal" homeowner could or would get their hands on. Diamond bladed concrete floor grinders alone are not something I typically go out and use on my free weekends. Anyway, it was a two day process that was very professionally carried out, and the finished product is amazing. Very happy with Stronghold floors and I would recommend using them if you thinking of upgrading your floors.

Great. The en were here on time nad did an excellent job removing the old paint and repairing the concrete floor where needed. A very professional team that did a very professional job. They did the floor nd side risers.

We selected Stronghold based on previous reviews that others provided and we couldn?t be happier with our choice. They were very responsive and adjusted their schedule to meet our timeline. Of note, our builder wanted to move up delivery of our home and we wanted the garage flooring coated before moving in. Steve was very accommodating to meet with us for color selection and final scheduling. The project was slated for two days and was completed on time with no delays. The team was very nice and our floor looks fantastic. I have already received many compliments from our new neighbors about the quality and color! We would highly recommend Stronghold.

I had Stronghold Floors of Mechanicsburg PA do the floors in 2 garages. They had the best selection of floor colors and floor coating finishes. Their price was competitive with others. They did the work as promised and I was very happy with the results. I would use them again.

The process has been first rate, from phone contact to on-site estimation to completion of the job. Paperwork flowed smoothly and work was done when promised with minimal disruption. Only thing that remains is to see how the floor holds up. Their warranty is better than any others we found.

I am pleased to be able to provide the highest grade possible to Stronghold Floors in every category. Everything from the initial phone conversation and meeting with Steve, to the promptness and professionalism of the installation team that showed up, and the overall look of the new floors has met and exceeded our expectations. The team just finish the top coat today, so we have not had the opportunity to test the "performance and durability" of the floor, but based on what I have seen thus far, I have no doubt that I will be fully satisfied. Steve took the time to thoroughly explain the process, the materials used, and the differences between what they were offering and the DIY version we were considering from one of the big box stores. I am all about DIY, but in this case, and after watching this team at work, I am SO THRILLED that we chose Stronghold Floors to complete the project. The entire project only took them 1 day to prep, coat and apply the chips, and then about 2 additional hours the next day to apply the topcoat. If we had chosen to do the job on our own, it would have taken us weeks to complete, more money than we anticipated, and I can't imagine it would look this nice. Thank you for a job well done! I will post additional details about our experience after we have the opportunity to put the garage fully back into service.

The sales staff were helpful and honest. The work crew were timely, professional and talented. They did an excellent job fit into a tight schedule. They left a beautiful job and completely cleaned up after themselves.

As part of our entire 3-car garage makeover, we hired Stronghold Floors to install an epoxy basecoat floor with chips and polyaspartic topcoat. We reviewed a few other companies and decided to go with Stronghold because of the durability, warranty and history of the company. Steve is very knowledgeable about the process and materials used. It's beautiful! The team was punctual, professional, and the job was done very neatly. Yes, it was expensive (price indicated includes the Angie's List $100 coupon), but I can't say enough how beautiful and durable it is! It cleans up well too. I'm sure it will last years and years. Overall, extremely satisfied!

The first day there was supposed to be prep work done to smooth out imperfections in the floor and then the moisture barrier was to be applied. Unfortunately the two guys that were sent to do this didn't complete the smoothing part. They applied the moisture barrier anyhow. The next day, other employees arrived to do the base epoxy application and they had to spend the day sanding out the imperfections and leveling the high areas. They did complete this but it added extra days to the process. The finished floor is very nice and we are happy with it. Maybe someone should have been checking on the initial employees progress? We would still use this company again because the floor is much nicer than those kits that you do yourself. Granted it is pricier but you get what you pay for whichever method you use. There isn't any comparison to the kits where you sprinkle a couple of colored flakes down on top of the paint. This floor is entirely coated with the flakes. Can't really tell where the base is. Then a clear coat is applied over the flakes. Gives the room an entirely new look and brightness.

I couldn't be more pleased with both the floor and the company. First the floor - it looks fantastic. My only regret - that we didn't do this much sooner! We selected what is called a hybrid mix - it has some very, very, very small chips mixed in with the normal small size chips. Just a great look, in our opinion, over the single sized chips. Check out the samples. Steve the salesman was punctual, professional, and just a nice guy. The kind of guy you wish was your neighbor or friend. There was no pressure whatsoever. He was extremely knowledgeable and had TONS of samples too look at. We decided on the spot to go with Stronghold and were able to set our installation date that very same day. We had looked at the type of flooring from another company where they use very small river type stones covered with a coating. Although that also looked very nice, it was way more expensive and in the end, I do not think we would have been happy with the feeling of that floor on our feet. The workers were all professional. Most have been with the company for a very long time (I like to ask all workers that do work for me that question). Such a low turnover says something about the company as well. Now, all that being said, the real test of a company is how they handle any issues. The actual issue we encountered is immaterial. However how they handled the issue is worth mentioning. First of all, they were extremely apologetic and made it clear they would do whatever it took to make it right (and they did). Zak the Operations Manager could not have been more professional. Treating me with respect. Too many companies, after they have your money, are unresponsive and just don't care. Not only did they make it right, they did so quickly - literally coming the very next day and paying their workers overtime to fix the issue. The bottom line is, if you are interested in this type of flooring - you have no worries using stronghold floors. You will get a product you absolutely love and a company that stands behind their work.

Start to finish, very impressive. Immediately after submitting the request for a quote, I was contacted and their sales representative (Steve) was able to visit the very next day. He walked through the options available, explained the cost and the process, and made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the decisions. We were able to schedule our installation on the spot for a time convenient for our family. The installation team arrived on time, completed the installation exactly as specified, and by the end of the second day had left our garage looking just as advertised. We are extremely pleased with the results and would have no reservations recommending Stronghold to others.

Stronghold Floors has many good reviews on Angie's list and believe me, they are well deserved. Sales representative Steve was all too happy to help me out. I even had to request a schedule change and he did that graciously. The new floor is absolutely beautiful. Steve kept me informed every step of the way and invited me to see samples of their work at some new homes that were being built. I also had a back splash installed so that when I hose my garage floor down, the plaster walls won't get wet/damaged. As you can see by my pictures, they did a superb job. All my neighbors are jealous and now they want it installed on their garage floor!! It only took two days to install and the workers were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Stronghold Floors if you desire an epoxy coating.

Stronghold Floor was subcontracted after the company I originally hired found out the company they dealt with had gone out of business. They contacted Stronghold Floor. Stronghold Floor responded right away, they came out the next day and looked over the job, left samples and came out and laid the floors within a week. I love the floors and the workmanship, I liked the samples provided and the quick turn around time. The cost is estimated as I dealt with them through another contractor so am unsure of the actual price. I would recommend them to anyone.

We began having contact with Stronghold early in December. We corresponded via email about having a 1400 sq ft basement floor painted with epoxy paint. Sales person visited twice, once to look at the job and a second time to go over samples. He said he would get back to us with samples of the two colors we had narrowed it to, but we had to contact him. We tried to pick a date for doing the job, and then they wanted to delay the job from the time they first said they could do it. We had trouble getting the samples and then made another appointment to look at them, but the sales person missed the appointment without calling. When we called him, he said he didn't come because the samples weren't ready. We left work early to meet him and if the samples weren't ready he could have called. He blamed us for not picking the color right away. All in all, we decided that they didn't want the job and if the sales portion was going this way, it would only get worse.

Quote was easy to get and very detailed. Everyone was punctual and very pleasant and professional. The floor looks great so far - I'll give it a year to see how well it wears. What a huge improvement and the price was good compared to another estimate that I received.

We really liked the service. They were really fast, efficient, and kind. They came in and did what they said they would and they left our home neat. They came when they said they would.

It turned out well. The finish was good. We do need some touch up but I have not contacted them yet for that, this is no fault of their own. It looks very nice aesthetically and it is good for water if any were to come in our basement again. Carpet might have been a little less expensive but the epoxy flooring is permanent.
