Unreliable, Unethical

William an his brother came to do work for my grandmother 78years old the were to build her a deck with ramp an replace her roof due to leaks they charged her 10,000 dollars in total they convinced her to pay so they could buy materials an things but promised to finish the work so at that time after sweet talking her out of her money b4 the work was finished only had started the deck at that point she wrote out a 10,000 dollar check to them and they left cashed the check and never came back wont answer the phone anymore i would suggest NO ONE USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE they are scammers and it is sick what they did to a old ladie forreal do not trust them at all

Very professional and explained what needed to be done. Price was very reasonable. I am very pleased with his work and I would hire him again if I had to.

It was a mistake for me to hire William for my deck project. The job I hired them to do took 3 months, despite that he promised to do it in a couple of weeks and with 2-3 days of work. It was a frustrating experience to work with the brothers. They promised certain dates repeatedly and did not keep their promises repeatedly. I had to call, text, and email William numerous times. Only after several attempts to contact him, he or his brother showed up and did only a couple of hours of work each time. They left their equipment in my backyard and left the work undone for several days without giving me any notice. After my 3 months of the ordeal, they completed the work. In general, the work looks not too bad, but they did not pay any attention to details. I had to email William repeatedly to come and fix a problem. They fixed most of the problems, but they did not bother to show up to fix the last one, despite that they promised they would. If you hire them, keep in mind that you are not their priority. They might work a couple of hours on some of the weekdays and will ignore you for the rest of the time. They were steadfast to get their money, but not so in doing the work they were hired to do. I find their attitudes very unprofessional. The brothers need to learn that running a business requires first and foremost respecting your clients. After my frustrating experience with these folks, I could give them 1 or even 0 stars in my rating. My rating is 2 stars because the work in my backyard was complicated and difficult and in the end, the quality of their work is not terrible, but certainly subpar.

The martials for a fence project were dropped off and deposit was paid. There has been no contact since deposit

William stated that I could seal the rubber roof instead of removing and replacing at a considerable cost savings. Work was done within 10 days of visit. Very neat job, not cheap.

We received a timely quote and the work was completed very quickly. Everyone was very efficient, and the quality appears to be excellent. I was slightly disappointed that once the work began, the contractor asked to make a modification. However, he gave us two options. One that was no cost, but was less attractive, and one that would increase the cost of the project. We went with the no cost option and it is okay, but slightly unattractive. I appreciated being given two options for the project modification. Overall, I am very satisfied with the contractor and would use them in the future.

Project was restoration / repair of an existing screened porch. Scope included roofing replacement, powerwashing, staining, screen replacement, and minor structural repairs. Very satisfied with contractors ideas, material selections, performance, and attitude. Work was performed safely during challenging weather conditions, with no sacrifice to quality of the finshed job. Small scope adds were handled without any price change. Would have this contractor back in a heartbeat!

First off, I know a little bit about roofing, and, of the three other roofers we received estimates from, William is the only one who made sense. While not the cheapest, he did work with us on the price. They did a good job, explaining everything, and patiently answered all of our questions (even took me up on the roof at my request). Time will tell if they fixed the leak, but so far, so good. Plus, unlike the others, Ark offers a 5-year guarantee. So, you canâ t go wrong. Will definitely use again for all of our roofing needs.

From start to finish, William at Ark Exteriors was amazing! He called back within an hour of placing the request and was out to give an estimate the next day. After accepting the contract, they were here within two days. The work was perfect and exacting. Overall extremely impressed with the work from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Did not clean up after the roofing job was completed. So deck is covered with dirt and moss that came off the roof.

Really cares about his work and his clients! Even called to check on me after repairs!
