William did s great job repairing a drywall ceiling and painting a hallway and stairway to my second floor. He was willing to work around my schedule and did a great job. I would definitely use him again.

I was given an estimate & met with William a few days later. He gave me an excellent price & that day I wrote him a check for 50% of the price of the project. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from him since. He was supposed to contact me early this week to confirm when he'd be starting the job. I texted him 3 days ago & have gotten no response & plan to contact the Attorney General to report this issue. I'm a bit surprised given that he has so many excellent reviews which is 1 of the reasons I chose him.

I got a visit to assess the need for work, got a verbal assessment of what needs to be done with photographs. The work was completed in a timely manner, photographs were provided showing the and before and during and and after which I really liked. The price was fair.

Was contacted & when William arrived he reviewed, could see exactly what needed to be done. Gave details and amount of cost. I did not have to wait days for an email report. We made an appt for repairs. Very great to works with! Excellent service and will hire for more fixtures when needed! The project took longer than expected because of William's family obligations. Better communication would have helped. Once the job got started, the work was done in a timely and professional manner. The end product is great. I would suggest that if there are any important plants in the area that they be protected or moved.

Bill Beattie, the owner of Ark Exteriors, does exceptional work. The porch, fences and gates he installed added both beauty and functionality to my home. I have other projects planned for this year and look forward to working with him again.

My first experience as a homeowner searching for a responsible, reliable roofing company was made less stressful by Ark Exteriors. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work, honesty, and professionalism.

William was very knowledgeable of the work to be done and thoroughly explained the process and timing. Pricing was reasonable and quality of work was excellent. At completion my deck looks brand new and the stair balusters are better supported now than when installed by original builder.

William listens and communicates well. He knows what he is doing. Gets the job done promptly and cleans up afterwards. He also did some additional repairs that he found while doing the repairs I contracted for without additional cost. I will use him again for some other repairs that I need.

William reached out to me when I got off the phone with Angi and within 5 days I had an estimate and repairs completed.

Professional and friendly all work that was promised was completed on time and met all of our expectations we just canâ t wait to enjoy our deck again. This was a rebuild composite door vinyl hand rails and privacy panel. I would recommend to anyone and I would not hesitate to call for any projects in the future.

Fantastic results!!!! William replaced and repaired rails and deck boards, rebuilt stairs from a lower 27 year old deck to an upper 37 year old deck, power washed everything, and then stained it. You cannot tell how old either deck is. His craftsmanship is something to be admired. I have before and after photos to support my statement and admiration of William's work. GREAT JOB FOR THE MONEY SPENT. No regrets!!!!

No communication Says he will be there then No Show. Had to have him Rework things to be Corrected. Also left a Pile of Trash from previous job in my yard till my work was completed. May be good at deck work but Not at what we had done!

Do not bother as it will be LATE, WRONG, NOT DONE CORRECTLY !!!!!!!
