Ark Exteriors

Very surprised after looking through HomeAdvisor his ratings. Upon meeting William Ark exterior he was pleasant and new is needs. Gave price and excepted. Since than his performance or response to text or phone calls I have to intiate to why not on the job site since November 6, 2020 with the job competition projected to be completed. So far there is only partial demo and small concrete pad pored. UPDATE the issue was resolved via arbitration and i am thankfull to HomeAdviosr and i would recomed using HomeAdvsior.

Updated 8 months later: Found a leak on our second floor after a rain storm. We have a warranty on the roof with Will but he has not held that up. Said he fixed the roof by patching it but when he said he was here doing the work we have a motion detector camera that doesnt show him here that day. After completely ghosting us, contacted another roofer who took pictures of the work Ark had done on our roof. Pathetic. Supposedly sealed our chimney in their work back in January, but sealing it meant placing a couple of bricks on top of a board. The metal roof had been coated as promised but the coating was useless due to how damaged the old roof was. So we basically got nothing for the money we spent. I was duped. Dont let it happen to you too. William was great to work with. I felt that he was honest and reasonable. Within a day of us agreeing to the terms of the work, his team was out to repair our roof and were finished within a day and a half. Our roof looks sooo much better now. Excellent quality of work. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to working with Ark in the future.

Quick and easy to work with, repair done as expected

William explained the "scope of work" in terms that we understood and answered all of our questions. He sat at our dining room table and showed us via laptop a mock up of the different types of roofing shingles that were available. We were able to make a decision on color and type of shingles. He told us it would take 3 days and a dumpster would be there on day 1 to handle debris. They removed the old roof and put on a new roof, new gutters, painted chimney and installed new fascia! Everything was cleaned up before the end of each day. On day 3, I paid him and found some more work for him to do! Friendly, courteous and knows his business and everyone working with him had the same work ethic!

Update...There was a problem with one of the boards replaced on the deck. They came out and tried to fix the board and ended up making the problem worse. They did not come out to fix the problem and I emailed several times, was told the board was on order. Now several months later the issue is not fixed and they will not respond to my emails. They replaced my roof and re covered my deck with Trex materials. Their pricing was very competitive and they did a great job.

William was great! I spoke to him in the morning he was at my house within 45 minutes. He let me know what was going on and was able to fit me into his schedule that day. He repaired my roof my gutters and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend him!

I researched roof repairers on home advisor on a Tuesday morning as my roof was leaking during a heavy rainfall. Later that morning William from Ark Exteriors called me and arranged to visit the next day at 8am to inspect my roof. He arrived on time to perform the inspection and after inspecting the roof he provided me with a quotation to complete the repairs and was able to schedule the work for 9.30am the next day. He and his team arrived on time on the Thursday morning and completed the repairs in about 4 hours. After the work was completed I went up into the loft area to visually inspect the work and I could see where the previously affected areas (water damaged/warped boards) had been very neatly replaced. The very next day we had more severe thunder storms with even heavier rain so I went up into the loft area again to check for leaks and there were no signs of water penetrating through the roof. William and Ark Exteriors were able to successfully complete my roof repairs within 48 hours of my initial inquiry at a price I thought was reasonable for the work being done. In addition to doing a good job on the roof they were punctual and performed the work quietly and efficiently. They cleaned everything up after the work was completed and there was no additional cleanup required by me. On this experience I would definitely recommend Ark Exteriors for roof repairs.

They came right away to do the estimate. They were professional and did all as promised. Cleaned, stained and repaired our six foot wooden fence in our backyard. Loved their work! They brought our old fence to life. We liked them so much that we had them do the same for our daughters fence.
