It went great; he did a very thorough job and took the time to explain everything. I would recommend him to anyone. He even came back a week or so later to make sure everything was working properly.

Excellent. Jeff was clean, efficient and he thoroughly educated us regarding the use and maintenance of our new water softener. He followed up with a phone call a week later to make sure all was well, and then made a complimentary visit to our home ~ 6 weeks later to check the unit and answer any questions we might have. They also do salt delivery and dispense it into the unit at a very competitive price. We decided it doesn't make for us to do it ourselves.

We did have some problems with the salt water system after the service was completed but he was very good and responsive on coming back to fix it until the problem was resolved.

Provider was extremely courteous and professional. Customer service is number 1 from this company. Knowledge of water treatment systems is over the top. Flexible and prompt. Finally happy to find a service provider that actually does the work they are supposed to unlike my other visits from the company that was just bought out by the 'too big for its britches," Culligan.

Being that my husband is experiencing medical problems, taking care of the house has become my responsibility. I do not know too much about the mechanics of the well and water softener so when Jeff came, I had a lot of questions to ask him. He taught me how the system works and want I need to do to maintain. He was very patient with me and a good teacher. I definitely will have the American Clear Water back again next year for our yearly checkup. After he was done servicing the water system, he explained what he did and made notes on a couple of minor items that will need to be fixed next year. I also like the fact that he said they would contact me for next years service--I do not have to note it on the calendar to call them because they will call me for scheduling. This is my second time with Angie's List service and I am very happy how things are working out.

We were very happy with Mr. Parvin. He was very nice, professional and punctual. He also checked our water heater to see if the temperature was too high. He even gave us some info about our heat pump. He did this at no extra charge. We will definitely call on him again.

He arrived right on time with a friendly greeting and a smile. He showed concerned for my floors and belongings in the way he moved through the house and placed his tools. He was pleasant and conversational, without stopping work to carry on any long conversations. He answered each of my questions directly and clearly, including telling me that I did not need any repairs to my system. He pointed out the state of the art in timers had advanced over what I had, but that my existing equipment was fully serviceable and he "...could not justify the expense of replacing them now." When I explained that I wanted to better understand how the system worked, he took an extra ten minutes to walk me through the system, also showing me what I should look for as signs of developing problems. His demeanor and his answers engendered great trust. If/when I need servicing or repairs for my system, this is the gentleman I will call!

Good. Had some difficulty with the installation of the reverse osmosis, Jeff took extra time in making sure he got in installed. Was very professional and informative. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone and will use in the future for any water related needs.

It was perfect. He did everything listed in the ad and then some. He was courteous and helpful.

They were very professional and responded right away to confirm a date. Upon arrival, they went beyond the "Deal" of water softener cleaning to also improve the overall water pressure in my house - something I've been meaning to address for some time and was very happy to have it done; and charges were very reasonable. I'll know more about the resulting performance in the Spring when I can run exterior faucets but for the moment I am pleased with the service.

From the start, Jeff was very honest and upfront with me. He did not try to pressure me into buying a system from him, rather he gave me the facts and answered all my questions. When I told Jeff I would like to research other companies before deciding to buy from him, he was understanding and encouraged me to do so. In the end, Jeff offered me the best system and value. I am so glad I bought my system from American Clear Water. Jeff was very easy to work with. He was punctual and efficient with the installation. He kept everything very clean and did a wonderful job. I didn't have any problems with the installation. I could tell Jeff takes pride in doing a good job as everything seemed to be done meticulously. Jeff was very good at communicating how to use the equipment and was always there to answer any question that I had. Jeff also followed up a week later to make sure everything was still functioning properly. The customer service was great, and I certainly would recommend American Clear Water to anybody.

Service was fantastic! I took advantage of the coupon to have my softner checked. He cleaned and fixed my softner and added 2 bags of salt. I wasn't even charged extra to fix the softner. Would recommend this company and use them again!

Went Great. Great service. In-depth evaluation and service. They weren't some big franchise water company sending some low knowledge tech to up sell everything. Local person with years of knowledge and establishment. From this point on I know I have the equivalence of a trusting car mechanic. And I realized I was paying for get in, get out service before. They really knew what they are doing. And don't push what you don't need.

This company responded to me promptly. He actually came a little early. He was thorough. He told us what he was doing and what it would cost ahead of time. There was no question as to what I was getting. He was very personable and he cleaned his mess up. I was very satisfied with the work he did.

Jeff at ACM is a true professional. Arrived when he said he would. Serviced and cleaned my system. When I asked... he took the time to show me and explain to me how the system worked and the maintenance that I could do myself. I do my own salt and filter replacement. When I asked if he did annual maintenance, he told me I should not have to call him unless I have a problem with my water... i.e. no annual maintenance from him was needed. That tells me he's in business to do right by the customer and not complete wasteful and unnecessary work. He followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working OK. When was the last time your contractor did that? I used him 5 years ago (Did not feel that long) and used him yesterday (1/11/2013). I will use him again when needed.
