They were very professional, and knowledgeable. Just about everything that could have been bad with my well pump was. They were here all day and did a great job of getting it fixed and making sure it was right.

I am a widow and both father and son were extremely respectful, courteous and considerate to my age and situations… I am recommending them to everyone due to their excellent service and bill was so reasonable for all they accomplished!!!

Diagnosed problems quickly. Repaired existing water pump same day. Well tank replaced next day. Definitely would call them again. Was reasonable rate for the service.

Awesome. Well informed. Very professional and polite. Service was quick and painless and the price of the product plus install was very fair! Lastly, what often gets missed these days, they followed up after the install to make sure we were happy with the product and if we had questions. More businesses should do that.

This was a great experience overall. From the time I put in the request to having the initial visit for quote was just a few days. The quote process was very easy. A quick water test confirmed I had very hard water. He took plenty of time to discuss the overall softening process and went through his suggestions for what I needed. We also talked about filtered water options. He clearly went through costs of install, maintenance costs and frequency. While we discussed other services he could provide it wasn't an uncomfortable up-sale it was just identifying other services that were available based on how the conversation led us with the type of water consumption my family uses. He took plenty of time with the questions I had about the processes and just overall a comfortable process. I broke the cardinal rule of not getting additional quotes. Based on the online research of expected costs his quote fell in the range of what our research said we should expect to pay. When possible we like to support local/small businesses as much as possible. The install was done based on my schedule of availability and we have been extremely happy with the overall result of the softener.

I met Jeff at my daughter's house to have several things done: replace her ultraviolet bulb, replace her water filter, hook up her water softener (she had recently purchased her home), and her washer needed the P trap put in which she had purchased. Jeff did all those things and checked her well system (the tank needed air). I was so pleased with Jeff's work and so glad there is an Angie's list! I had an appointment with a water treatment co. to change my ultraviolet light and cancelled it. Jeff came and changed the bulb, checked out my water softener, and put air in the water tank (which was not done ever by the repair guy from the water treatment co. I've used for years). Jeff listed things that would need to be replaced on the well gauge and switch and softener down the road. My husband appreciates the pressure in the shower! Excellent work. Considering the water conditioning guys charge $196 for only changing the bulb, we will definitely use Jeff's American Clean Water each year.

Jeff and Mike are professional and efficient! Jeff made the initial visit to my home. He took the time to educate me (answering many, many questions) on well water and water softeners. Jeff was very informative in polite and friendly manner. On the day of installation, Jeff and Mike were on time, professional, and respectful of my home. They provided a thorough overview of the new system to make sure I understand how to maintain it properly however it is assuring to know they are only a phone call away :) Overall experience was excellent!
