Pella Windows and Doors

Description of Work: Replaced 16 windows (multiple styles) and one sliding glass door.

Description of Work: I had a new entry door and sidelight panels installed. Also a new storm door. The door was installed in the fall of 2009 and the workman were efficient and neat. I am very happy with the door and the installation.

Description of Work: High quality natural wood replacement windows throughout the house, about 15 windows. The job was done very well.

Description of Work: Replaced my front bay window. Very efficient. Woodwork inside was nicely done. No mess - great cleanup and professionalism.

Description of Work: I bought 2 doors from pella. They were on time, knew what they were doing and completed the installation in a timely manner. I was not happy with the color screen door I ordered. Pella took it back and ordered another color. I love my pella doors.

Description of Work: On 8/11/14 their salesman came to our home with samples, and measured for a patio door. He was pleasant, knowledgable, presentable, and patient. The price he gave us for the door we wanted was $2276 more than one that we got from a home improvement store for the exact same Pella door. The services that they were going to provide seemed very thorough, and accommodating, but we weren't sure it was worth the extra money. We went to their showroom at the end of the week, to see the actual door, and how it worked, the salesman happened to be there, and was very helpful. We left and had one more question, I called less than 5mins down the road and had to leave a message, they called me back the following Monday 8/18/14. My husband and I decided that since the screen was on the inside, and the active door on the outside, having to open the screen at night to shut and lock the door did not seem practical to us. When I asked if all their doors were like this I was told their vinyl patio doors were the opposite. We are in the market for a door with a real wood interior, and do not want all vinyl.

Description of Work: I contacted them to get a quote for window installation. I called them multiple times.

Description of Work: Requested bid for full replacement of 19 wood windows plus a 3-window bay. Salesman was very helpful and very professional. However, we selected another company due to price.
