It was okay; I would not say it was great. They just came out and looked at our roof and said that everything was fine. They came out within the same month I made the purchase. There was no extra charge. It was pretty easy scheduling the appointment for them to come out. I was not around when they did the service but I assume that they showed up on time.

It went fine. The workers were very good, prompt and neat so we liked that.

Minnick provided a roof inspection in January of 2014 and at that time reported that all pipe flanges and flashing were in excellent condition. In early Dec. 2014 I called and told them I had a serious leak from one of my vent pipes. They made some excuse that the chalking would wear out in a year and they would call me back with an estimate to repair; no guarantee on previous inspection. I never received a return call. After 10 days I called another roofing company who promptly resolved the issue. I will never recommend Minnick Home Solutions due to poor quality and absolutely no follow up.

I have nothing else to tell you. I would not use this provider again in the future.

He called me back the next day and said he would be in touch a week or so later. I never heard from them again.

They were good. Everything seemed to go smoothly and we had no issues. My renter had no complaints.

They did a great job and they did it pretty quickly. However, they subcontracted the roofing and I just thought they should have said that upfront.

They were on schedule. However, I asked them before they came about a chimney cap which they did not do. They charged me to buy shingles and install them but they did not even leave the extra ones with me. They did not do a good job on replacing them a few months after they were installed they were loose. There were a lot of hidden fees. I tried calling them multiple times after this work was done and they never followed up.

Everything went well. No major repairs and smaller issues were addressed so they didn't turn into major problems.

Scheduled appointment easily. Technician showed up two days early when I was not at home. Left a note that some caulking was done around flashing and to "Replace Roof Immediately" with no other details. Since I was not there, I can only assume the work was actually done (without climbing a ladder to inspect it myself). Estimate for roof replacement received about a week after the technician came.

There are bubbles that are 4 inches high, 4 feet long, and 6 inches wide. They came out once to see waht they could do about the leak. The employee that came out and saw it, he said that he had been doing this for 14 years and he had never seen anything like it. Mr. Minnick came out and he said that he would have to get in contact with the people who manufactured the materials and he would get back with me. I have not heard from Mr. Minnick since 08/21/2014. The contract that I signed stated that any faulty installation found within 365 days would be covered under the warranty. There is additional information stating there is a warranty directly from the manufacturer for faulty materials. I want a new roof installed.

They do a good job but slow in responding and a bit of wait time before they can get to your job. Once they are there, the job is well done.

I have been harassed by your calls and by your computer programs and I did not use this provider . Stop it. And this stupid survey is annoying too. did not use should b e a valid response that ends the survey

In the end it was good. The communication was not so great but they did end up going above and beyond in the end and it all worked out. The cleanup was very good. The got the job done in about 2 weeks.

I called Minnick Home Solutions and asked for a free estimate for dywall and tile work in a bathroom. I informed him on the phone the drywall was put up and some taped but needed mud on it and the shower area needed tiled. Tom came on time and seemed professional. He took a look at the bathroom and said he would give me a estilmate for the drywall and tile work if that was all I wanted but would like to finish putting the whole bathroom together. I informed him I had the sink and toilet etc, and my husband would finish the rest. I informed him if he wanted to give me a estimate for the tile floor and and finishing the bathroom go ahead. I understand he is a buisnessman and the reason for wanting to finish it. Tom said he had to work out the numbers and would email me a figure and I gave him my email address. I asked when I would hear from him and he said not today probably tommorrow. I did not hear from him for 3 days. I called their number and was told Tom was working in the field and did not get to his paper work. The gentleman on the phone said he was coming in on that day at 1:00 and would be working late to finish up. I gave my email address once more and was told I would get a email late that night. I never got a email or phone call back.

First, it was difficult to get them to complete the work. Someone came out and gave me an estimate, but then I think that person left. Then I could not get them to complete. I called several times to get info on when they would do the work. When they did complete the work, the crew that came here was not the same as who was here first. As a result, I had to explain all over what the problems were. They did remove the rain barrel and that issue is gone. But the water leaking between the gutter and house is still occurring.The rear gutter is still leaking and pouring out in the wrong place. I took a picture of the water as it poured out of the wrong place and sent to them, but have not heard back from them. I am unhappy that I spent the money to have only a partial fix.

They did it, they were in and out, and the price was nice. However, the roof has started leaking again – not too long after they were on the roof. I was not at home when they did the job – which was nice that I could be at work while they were there. I wish that they had called and done a follow up with me.

My roof wasn't too bad considering its age so they were done in no time. Glad I didn't pay full price! They took photos of my roof and their work on their iPad and showed me what the work they performed. Pretty cool. I liked that part the best. I asked for an estimate on gutter repair and leaf protection. I had the estimate in a day or two - very prompt. I should point out that I purchased the deal back in Dec 2012 but the weather was too bad for them to do the work. I'd almost forgotten about it but then they never called me either. Once I notified them, they too care of me immediately. I'm planning on using them again.

I had a previous bad experience but the owner came and he went above and beyond to make everything right.

They responded very promptly to schedule the work and Mike arrived on time, as promised. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. He repaired the areas I was concerned about, checked everything else, and made some recommendations but there was no upsell or pushiness or anything. I also requested estimates for some additional roof work. Clear estimates were promptly sent for the work I'd requested, plus some additional options. When I chose to schedule only the work I'd originally requested, there was no pressure to add any extras - a pleasant surprise!

I am very happy with the workmanship of the installation, and feel like the foreman was extremely knowledgeable. I was sent to a wholesale flooring supplier to choose my tile, and though the allowance purchased within the Angies List Deal needed a minor adjustment upward to get the tile I really wanted, I thought the upcharge was totally acceptable. My kitchen is tiny so I wanted the tile I wanted :) since there wasn't much of it needed! The only issue at all was that there was apparently some communication glitch between this contractor and the tile supplier that held up the start date of the job, but once they came they worked efficiently, cleaned everything up, and did a great job. Very happy with results and will call them again if I go ahead with bathroom remodel I am considering.
