Excellent We first used Minnick Home Solutions when we needed to replace our roof a few years ago. We were very pleased with their workmanship and contracted with them again this summer to replace our siding and gutters. Excellent work and attention to detail. Would not hesitate to use them again!

First Tracy was helpful & scheduled a day quickly, then Josh showed up(!), a little early, was super conscientious & ready to get the job done. Happy to check this off my list. Will hopefully use Minnick again.

the weather delayed the project some but that's no fault of theirs. they even came out on a cold, snowy day to finish the project. Could not have been happier with the work done. 2 guys who did the work were pleasant and and answered any questions you had. Tracy in the office kept me up to date when they were coming or if they could do to weather. good work for a fair price. would not hesitate to hire again.

it went very well once it was started, it took a while to get it going due to weather and other issues. The crew were very professional and honest with me about the work. After getting started with the work they found additional issues that needed to be taken care of before they could continue. It cost me a little more money that I was hoping I didn't have to pay, however it was worked out with the office and the job was completed within 3 days and I love my deck and can't wait to use it when the weather permits me too. I previously had work done on my roof and the contractor they sent was also professional, nice and honest with me about the work he was doing. I have had no problems with the roof.

Punctual estimate, reasonable wait to be scheduled, came when they said they would, worked long and hard all day to complete the job. Courteous and tidy.

I appreciated their knowledgeable assessments. Their rep fixed some current problems and advised on others. The service was prompt, but accomodated to my to my schedule. I would contact them again when needed.

Someone came and eyeballed the roof from GROUND LEVEL, due to weather. I showed him the area on the porch roof that concerned me before snow and ice season hit. I asked for a more thorough examination and estimate of what he thought could or should be done and he left. No maintenance was performed. No follow up. No estimate. No return for a closer examination of entire roof on a day with better weather. Nothing. ANY COMPANY would give you a FREE inspection and estimate more thorough that that. There should be a $99 refund. Period.

They replaced part of a downspout. I remember the guy was always friendly.

We set up an appointment through messaging on Angie's List. He suggested the time and then he did not show up for the appointment to give an estimate for the work.

It took two days with almost two weeks in between due to my failure to make sure we had all the trim necessary. (Always check your boxes, before you book your professional.) The job was done to spec and the quality excellent. I will definitely use this provider again.

Not only did Jesse reattach the gutter, he removed a great deal of ice behind the gutter that eventually would have caused the gutter to come down completely. He noticed that some of my shingles were coming off and brought it to my attention. He answered all my questions and acted in a polite and professional manner throughout his visit.

Minnick called and said they had an opening, and the representative (Jessie?) was waiting when I came home. Took a look, helped clean some leaf debris, showed pictures of possible cracks in my roof, and what I could do about it. I was pleased.

They did not call. I called them after 2 weeks and they said the technician would call me. He called 6 weeks after I purchased the Deal, during a snow storm. not a good time to inspect the gutters. I cancelled the Deal.
