Description of Work: The company kept postponing and finally told me it was too late in the season for them to come and therefore asked me if I would like a refund. Obviously, I said "Yes". The refund was not sent to me until I complained to Angie's list. It arrived three weeks late.

Description of Work: The did a roof inspection, caulked and sealed some of my asphalt shingles, and stopped a leak that had started because of poor/improper previous roofing. They also worked up a very fair estimate to have my entire roof replaced with roll-out aluminum.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for a roof maintenance and the gentleman did everything excluded in the package - inspection, sealing openings, reattaching loose shingles, etc. He let me know how long he thought my roof would last, etc. I did get an estimate for other work I'm considering. The company was great. I was contacted quickly and the woman was polite and responsive to my questions. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: They contacted me in a timely manner and went over what the job would consist of. Unfortunately I was unable to use them at this time but will contact them when I am ready to go forward with the project.

Description of Work: They tiled our kitchen floor. Besides the fact that they miscalculated the amount of tile they needed so they had to order more tile which took a few months, they did a good job. The guys were professional and skilled.

Description of Work: Purchased an agreement for a roof inspection last fall. Work was performed and workers noted area in roof that needed repaired. Quote was given on price to replace roof, though we chose another contractor for the work.

Description of Work: Performed some gutter repair in the fall, but even came back out in the Spring, after the thaw, to repair one part of the gutter that was not repaired in the Fall, for no additional charge.

Description of Work: Ceramic tile installation in bathroom. Price was fantastic; the response may have caused unanticipated problems. Overall, work was satisfactory; the tiles are beautiful.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal on Angie's List to have Minnick do a roof inspection, minor repairs and provide an estimate on repairs. They were prompt and very professional. I followed up on the estimate when there was a roof deal to see if we could negotiate a reduced price and they were really responsive and willing to work with us. Ultimately, we did not go with them for our roof as we got a better deal with a local contractor in our neighborhood, but would recommend them based on my interactions.

Description of Work: Minnick installed new backsplash in kitchen for us in February 2014. They responded quickly and had the whole project done within a month of purchasing the deal from Angie's List. The actual work took one day from them to install the tile after we picked it out. The installer was very professional, did a good job, and cleaned up everything before he left. We are very happy with the outcome and we have received many complements on their work they did for us.
