Description of Work: Assembled 2 pieces of furniture and placed them in the proper place in the room. Took all trash. Actually cleaned out the one old cupboard and placed items in baskets so that I could then load up the new cabinet at my convenience. Took old cabinet down to the garage.

Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate. While I went with another company due to price considerations, I was still impressed with the professionalism and courtesy from Tom Minnick. He patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns.

Everyone was professional. Any questions or concerns were asked up front. When the specific color that we wanted to use wasn't available I was presented with options and even given a link to a site to preview the shades. I wasn't billed for the second half of the total amount until the repairs had been finished for a few weeks so that any issues could be addressed before the completion of the sale. These guys are top notch and I would use again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Tile looks great. The price was more than expected, as the $2 sq ft allowance in the offer isn't realistic.

Description of Work: Took about 30 days to finally get scheduled. Had them replace one gutter and add hangers to better support two additional gutters. Workers were friendly and professional but the gutter they replaced didn't drain properly. Asked them to fix it and it took a week or two to get that scheduled. When they fixed it the appearance looked bad so had to call the owner. He came out and made some additional adjustments and it looked a little better. It's an old house and turns out the roofline slopes the wrong direction making the gutter slope look odd. So the scheduling was a bit long but the owner took care of me so I would use them again.

Description of Work: Put up light fixtures outside and inside the house.

Description of Work: Tile was installed in our entrance hallway and powder room. We removed baseboards, vanity and toilet. Small section of grout had to be filled because there was too little grout. Minnick came out to grout and the repair was dark grey compared to the rest of the light grey grout. Minnick came out again to regrout. The repair was satisfactory but lighter. Tile is higher than the rest of our flooring in adjoining rooms making it necessary to retrofit thresholds. Not all tile is level and we found grout in the fill valve of our toilet. So we would use Minnick again if they upgrade their work in those areas. They were very cordial and responsive.

Description of Work: Yesterday they placed caps on my chimney and a few weeks ago they repaired a downspout. The work has been delayed because of the winter weather and the crew shows up when the temperature is appropriate. There is additional work that is required and I hope that it can be done soon.

Description of Work: I had a small leak. He said he patched it. He said he would provide me a report of the condition of my roof. I did not receive such a report.

Description of Work: They came out to inspect several days after we signed up with Angies'List. |We had to call them several times for a report. They said they had e-mail problems. It took them maybe 5 weeks to do the work. Price was excellent.
