The work was done on time, on schedule and with no issues. The workers were very polite/professional and did the job well, . Thomas the owner met with me whenever I needed and was always easily accessible if I had questions.. I have no complaints and would hire again in a heartbeat. The job was done with emphasis on not just doing the job but doing quality work.. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and I have no complaints..

Both jobs were completed efficiently & thoroughly. The gutter technician pointed out a potential problem of water runoff near the foundation.

IT DID NOT HAPPEN! I paid $99 towards a $200 credit for repair or placement of gutters over a month ago. Despite numerous attempts to schedule an appointment with Minnick Home Solutions, all I've gotten is sporadic emails. I am no longer confident in their ability to give me quality work and/or service if it's this difficult to schedule and keep an appointment. I am going to look for someone else to do the work. I'm glad I only spent $99 before I found out who I was dealing with - and I am going to try to get that refunded.

They did not finish the job I paid for. They said that I had extra work that needed to be done so they would come back with an estimate. They never came back.

I had a very mixed experience. I first called and spoke with Tom. He was very professional, attentive and respectful of all my questions. He agreed to come out and take a look personally at the project. I was quickly presented with an estimate and shortly thereafter accepted. This part of the process was top notch. However, the work that was done was sloppy. While tearing down the gutters they damaged a window (will discuss further below) and left a lot of debris on the window sills and below the work site. I was not notified about the window, accidents happen, I get it. Not sure they noticed it either. So I called Tom back up, they investigated and offered to make the situation right. They came back out and fixed the window trim. A few weeks after, I noticed that a downspout was pouring water out onto the sidewalk. They had failed to install the appropriate connector and instead left 2 mismatched pieces connected awkwardly causing the problem. Once again, I called up Tom and they were able to come out shortly thereafter and install the appropriate connector to fix the problem. So overall, I had a mixed experience that was a bit tiresome. Perhaps I just ran into some bad luck and the urgency to a job quickly got in the way of doing high quality work; one cannot be sure. I do respect the team and their efforts to fix each problem, so I want to make sure that I say that again. I don't think I would use this team again though, for all the time and hassle that I had to go through.

The Minnick LLC employees were prompt, professional and good at what they did. With Spring right around the corner, they will likely get busy so call them now.

Service was pretty good, folks were nice. It was a little tough to get scheduled and they weren't really clear about when they were showing up.

It took a little time to get it done because of the weather but he fixed it in a timely manor

They had to go into the attic to check the connections. There were two men. The fan works perfectly. The doorbell works the same as the last one. I have decided that the problem is the wiring. It only goes ding not d***. They did all they could do. I was pleased with the service and will call them again.

Work was well done. However, the problems with our gutters went beyond a mere repair, and the gutters will have to be replaced. We have asked them to do this in the spring.

I was very pleased with the work that Minnick Home Solutions did for me. I had a response on Angies List the next day. I scheduled the appointment by email and website which went smoothly and, they were able to do the work by the end of the week. I called their office because I had concerns about whether or not work could be done if it rained and found the office staff to be very nice and helpful. There also appeared to be good communication between the office and the service team. The service team was at my house within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. They were nice, professional, answered all my questions and explained all the work. They were also very efficient and finished the job in about 30 minutes. I thought the price was good for the work they did and am happy to have access to discounts through Angies List. I would recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future work.

I purchase an Angie's list "coupon" for $169.00. We had what was called a "small" tornado and were very concerned about any damage to our roof. The coupon was for an inspection of the entire roof, fasten any loose shingles and seal them, and also seal any flanges and flashing. Sounded like just what I needed so I purchased the coupon and set up an appointment. The owner came out and I discussed with him my concerns regarding the roof and at that time we discussed other work that he does.I had him look at one of the bathrooms to quote replacing the ceramic floor. He then went up on the roof and came back down in less than 10 minutes. He immediately started talking about a new roof. I let him talk for a few minutes then stated that I wasn't going to be putting a new roof on my house at this time. He told me that he would email me an estimate for the work and the additional repairs that he felt were necessary for my roof. A week later I received an estimate for $635.00 for the roof. There was nothing additional added to the estimate it was the exact wording of the coupon I had already purchased for $169.00 (the coupon was deducted from the $635.00). Also there was an estimate for the bathroom floor. The end result is nothing was done, not even the work that should have been done when he was here to honor his coupon offer. I called Angie's list and requested an immediate refund of my money. I have been an Angie's list member for years and I have never given a negative review until this one.

Arrived on job on time. Finished the job in one day. Carpenters were friendly and explained clearly the problem and solution. I would rehire Minnick again.

I sent him an e-mail requesting an estimate. He contacted me by text phone on Monday to say he could stop over Tuesday. He came when he said he would and he was only roofer that went on the roof to see exactly what the damage was of 3 estimates. He took pictures to show me the damage. He quoted me a price and I hired him on the spot. He said he would let me know when he got stuff together. I happened to be home today and he came up and fixed all spots that needed to be fixed. Workers said he wanted to do it so I would have no more damage and was going to do it even if I was not home. I am very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy Minnick Roofing showed me and the fact that they wanted to do it ASAP to prevent further damage was a plus. The original damage was done last week but discovered by me on Saturday. So to sum up he did it in one day after coming up and did not tell me I needed a new roof.

It went very smoothly. They also re-seated one of the gutters for better drainage. Great job!

Crew were extremely polite and very efficient. They had to replace one rotten ply around the chimney. Cleaned the area thoroughly. The new roof looks awesome!

I was very happy with the service. Especially the flexibility in using the product that I wanted, on my schedule. Installation was quick and hassle free. The product has done well and obviously their installation was done properly.

The initial quote took 10 days to prepare after Tom came out to look over the work. Even though we discussed the additional family room project while he was here, he did not include that in the quote, so we had to wait another 2 weeks to receive that cost information. We really liked Tom and wanted to do business with him, but even after he told me on a Friday (now 40 days after we bought the deal which had a 30 day refund offer) that he would contact me "the first of next week" to tell me when he could schedule this work, we did not hear from him again for 15 days (yep, now 55 days after purchasing the "deal") - and even then, there was no indication of WHEN the work might get done (which was what my question had been). SO, we quickly got 2 other quotes and chose another service provider who could schedule the work in a reasonable timeframe, at a substantial savings.

I contacted this service provider after seeing their special deal. I'd missed it by a few days, but that was ok. I still wanted to see if they'd do a job for me. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you. FROM ME: Not a problem.I'm wanting to have my small bathroom floor retiled. It's appx. 7'x8'.the old tile flooring needs to be lifted. I want to use small hexagonal tiles. I can purchase these on my own if they're not in your inventory.My kitchen floor area is approximately 5'x8'. There's also a small breakfast nook. The vinyl flooring needs to be removed. I haven't decided if I want to use black and white 12"x12" ceramic tile or composite tile. The sub floor is in good condition.I can purchase these tiles as well. FROM THEM: Also, I should have also noted that we are based out of Monroeville, and we?re pretty heavily booked right now.Indoor projects like this may not be scheduled as far out as the exterior stuff we?re trying to get to before winter rolls around, but if you could give us some indication of what your intended time-table looks like, that will help us in determining whether we can be of service or if it may make sense to look for someone closer to your area. FROM ME: I'm only 30-35 minutes from Monroeville. So not as far out as you might think.I am hoping to have this work finished by latest October 29. I never heard back from them again. I'd like to add that I am closer to this company than many of the suburban and urban (Pittsburgh) areas they service. I will add that there was no service performed. There isn't a category to check off in the "Adress Where Work Was Performed" area that states this.

We were very pleased with consultation and interaction with office. One tile installed in entryway was noticeably defective in finish. Tile installed in upstairs bathroom was cut too short along one wall and we had to install quarter round to cover the gap. The installer felt it unnecessary to remove the bottom wall tile which we were told was a big part of the additional labor charge, but installer evidently didn't communicate with the owner what was done or that we paid for some of the hardware needed for the toilet. The owner did reduce the bill when I explained. The young men who came out to do the finish trim did an excellent job and cleaned up all materials from the job. They took a picture of the defective tile to show the owner, but we never heard from him and there was no follow up to see if we were happy.

They didn't discuss the additional cost with me until I received the bill. I realized there was an extra cost, but they didn't tell me how much. Also, they charged additional for the labor and that was supposed to be included in the deal I purchased.

They came out and wanted to charge extra for anything I asked them to do but only wanted cash. ?I didn't appreciate that and didn't think they did a very good job. They were supposed to do caulking around the toilet vent, the fan and the piping but they never did it. He only caulked down the gutter.
